Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your tablets and then installing the app again ?

Just tried to watch Game Of Thrones 11 adverts before the 20min mark honestly had to switch off total ruined the viewing experience

Re: PFE9004 error on Sky Go app on Windows 10
It's now been 4 weeks since I was told my customer service that my issue would be resolved within 72 working hours. It won't surprise you to hear that there's been radio silence from Sky.
Since then I've downloaded 2 updates to the Win10 Sky Go app and, not surprisingly, it still hasn't been fixed.
What the updates appear to have done is created a more CPU and memory intensive app than ever.
I've read elsewhere that installing Bluestacks4 can fix it but I've tried that & because my laptop isn't a high-end gaming machine it grinds to a halt so I've uninstalled it.
How on earth did this piece of trashy, unusable piece of software ever make it through testing? I'm assuming, maybe dangerously, that it was ever tested.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Install Location for windows 10?
Like basically everyone else with a PC, I have a solid state as my boot drive. Is there actually a way to install the sky go app onto a regular hard drive instead? There's absolutley no need to put it on my much smaller solid state, yet the software doesn't seem to have anything even resembling an option for this?

Been like that ever since I updated. That was 3 days ago luckily I have it on my iPad which still works but this is so annoying and how long it’s taking to sort out!

Re: New Sky Go Desktop app - white screen after login
Had this issue this morning and was going round in circles till I found out about some other hidden folders to delete...in finder/Go/library (hold alt and click on go menu to access library)... in app support need to delete the cisco and sky go folders and also anything com.bskyb and restart laptop before reinstalling, I stupidly was restarting after reinstalling. Hope this helps 
and posting so when it becomes corrupted again and I get the Sky Go white screen of death I know how to fix it

Sky Go..all i get is a grey window
I was using Skygo earlier today with no problems, now when I open it all I get is a grey window.
I have tried reinstalling and restarting my computer. But nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
(I am using a Mac)

Sky go PS4 app won’t load
When trying to load the Sky Go app on PS4 it comes up with a message ‘we are having problems contacting Sky. Please try again later.’ I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it hasn’t worked. Any help would be great - trying to stay up to date with GOT and all that..

Every renewal date the app stops working. As usual I send an email in the hope that they will fix it. They reply :- Delete app etc etc. None of this ever works of course. A day or two later, after I've missed the sporting event I wanted to see, it's working. This is a payement related issue me thinks. Apple don't pay on time so Sky refuse service. Useless. I want to bang their heads together.

From memory I think it installs to the default folders, whether you can manually move them yourself I woudn't like to say but that is the only way you are going to be able to have it installed elsewhere.

As well as deleting the app did you also remove some hidden folders as per this post:
After doing that try a reboot before installing it again.
