Same problem here 10 mins then stop, have to go back change channel then back again, subscription goes up services goes down in quality. Needs fixing ASAP.

Logging other devices out of sky go
Someone is using my sky go account. I have removed their device and changed my account password but they still keep logging in. I’m assuming they log in automatically as I’ve tested this on my iPad and it lets me log in on the old password. If there a way to log all the devices out so the new password needs to be entered?

Hi I have same issue, have tried clearing the cache also, but still no go. I can get the channel listings for a few seconds, or I can select a box set to watch, select the episode and then the message comes up when it attempts to play.

Sky Go - access to cinema without subscription
Hi,
I have recently started a TV contract with Sky and am currently watching content through the Sky Go app. I selected the entertainment package with HD, but upon browsing the Sky Go app it seems I able to stream content from the Sky Cinema section and Sky Box Sets section.
I am cautious of continuing as I do not want to be retrospectively charged for consuming these services, I assumed that it would prevent me from watching as I dont have the relevant packages. Can anybody help explain why I am able to see this content?

You get full access before your installation. It's to tempt you to upgrade in the future or something.
You should lose access after you've had it all installed.

I can't sign in to my app, every time I do it just brings me back to the sign in page and all my details are correct!!!

Change Remote Record Viewing Card
Hi, i wonder if someone can help me please. how can i change which card the remote record signal is sent to? i can only see one card in my MySky App. is it possible to change this somewhere? all of my remote recordings are sent to the wrong box.

Try using the Sky+ app, select the spanner icon and then "Recording & Downloads" and if you see your two boxes here select the one you want the recordings and downloads to go to. If your second box doesn't show up you will have to contact Sky support so they can look into this for you,

Re: SkyGo Thinks I’m abroad?
I've had the exact same problem. I'm streaming from London but for some reason thinks I'm not in the EU [insert Brexit joke here].
It is affecting streaming via tablet and through games consoles. Seems to have only happened with the latest update, 1.02 I believe.
I've tried rebooting my router, leaving it turned off for a fair while, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, but nothing works. Please sky, give us a hand.
