Cannot see the Sky Go app in my iPhone. I have 2-3 other apple devices and can download the app but not in the IPhone XS Max. Does it matter which model of the phone or is it because there is a limit on number of devices?

I would have thought that you should be able to see the app in the store, have you tried looking for other Sky apps to see if you can see these. If you have Sky Go Extra it is possible to regaiter up to 6 devices.

Just like to point out that there is nothing Sky, BT et al can do about this Huawei situation as it's all down to Google being forced by the US Government from having any business dealings with Huawei. So any and all android app's will not run on Huawei devices.

Sky Go Sports issue
I want to watch cricket on my SkyGo app but it's always locked even though I've payed for the 404 World Cup Channel. Now I do not know what do because I cannot contact SKY via the Chat. Therefore I am asking the community if you have any solutions plz reply back

Sky + app doesn’t show F1 HD channel only SD
I cancelled sky sports as don’t watch it but kept sky F1 and now when accessing the TV guide via the Sky+ app it only shows SD F1 channel on 406.
I pay for HD and sky Q 2TB box, so I should be getting it. Any help would be appreciated

On the Sky+ app the channels are reversed so that 406 is the SD and 860 is the HD channel.

When you say it is locked I presume you are seeing a upgrade message, if so and you have only just subscribed to the cricket channel it might take a little while for the channel to become available to you via the app. If it is still doing this after 24 hours I would get in contact with Sky so they can look into it for you:

For some reason Chernobyl is both in catchup and Boxsets and as you don't subscribe to the later this is why you are seeing the upgrade message. All I can suggest is to see if you can access it via the Catchup > Sky Atlantic > Chernobyl. If you can't then other than report this to Sky I'm not sure how you would be able to access it.

Watching live tv on sky sports f1 YouTube channel
Yesterday I tried to watch The Canadian Grand Prix via the Sky Sports F1 YouTube channel. It tells me the channel is there to watch live shows and I do have F1 channel as part of my package. No way to watch it on that channel. Ok on Sky Go but I can’t cast to a TV from my iPad On Skygo, but can via YouTube. Very frustrating.
