What is the name of the program you can not access . as there is a known fault on a few of them in Catchup.

Good stuff, I was going to say that there can be a slight delay sometimes but glad it is working for you now.

Did you also uninstall the hidden files as per these instructions:

After doing this do a search for anything Sky Go and Cisco related and delete anything found then do a reboot of your device before installing it again from the Sky website.

I'm signed in on my ps4 but when I want watch a programme it won't work says sumat like go to sky go.com etc

hi, im having the same problem of not being able to find it. Smiley Sad i have 2 girls and 4 nieces all begging for it.

Its not due on the UK Disney channel until October.

Did you find a fix for Sky Go black screen. I have tried reinstalling the app and resizing the screen but still no luck

My black screen came after a Sky Go update. Have done all the usuals, but afraid having no Cisco on my Comp means this wont work for me.

Hello I'm trying to sign in on my p30

I enter login details and submit click to watch whatever I want and asks me to sign in again

That doesn't give us much to go on, so have you checked that the region is correct for where you are, this can be found via the Settings option from the homepage.

If you can post the error message in full someone might be able to advise you,

Cisco is built into the app now so this might explain why you can not find it.

Sky Go is not loading up for me. It gets to blue screen with green arrow and then after 10-15 seconds just disappears closing itself. I have tried removing all the data, uninstalling and re-installing etc but still the same is happening. I have tried switching the firewall, have contacted Sky as well but no fix yet. Any solution would be much appreciated, cheers.

The 1414 error is because the app does not believe you are within the EU. If you are connect to a VPN then try disabling it and if connected to a Wifi connection turn your router off for 10 minutes so it hopefully picks up a new IP address.
