After following this removal guide did you also search your laptop for anything Cisco and Sky Go relayed and delete anything that is found. You might not find anything Csico as it is now built into the app but might have old files still on your system. After doing this did you reboot your laptop before installing it again from the Sky website ?

Sky go app does not request pin for adult content
Sky go app on my kids devices.
When they select to watch adult content they are not prompted to enter a pin - so no parental controls.
our sky W box has parental control so any film with rating 15 or over requires pin, so don’t know why not same on the Sky Go app.
anyone else have same issue ?

The parental controls on your Sky box and independent of those that are on the app as to turn them on for the app go to here on your online account:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv/manage-devices
And set the parental control level at 12,15 etc
And then go here to set up your pin:

Re: Adverts totally ruining my experience
The whole system setup is a joke especially on the ps4. For instants, I put the controller down and d pad accidentally moved, all of a sudden its fast forwarding to the end, you stop it and its showing adverts at the of the movie, you can't anything, you start same movie again which begins at the beginning and all you want to do is fast forward it to the bit where it screwed up and you have for the ads again before you can do anything.
The setup really should be like netflix where it will stop the program allowing you to choose the chapters even if you a mistake you can easily cancel.
I tell its not worth the money, its to just cancel you subscriptions.

Playstation 4 Not Playing Live
Hi I have a playstation 4 that has sky go and was working fine and about 3 weeks ago it suddenly stop playing live tv, it works perfectly fine for catch up, on demand, cinema, ect.
I have logged out and back in. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Managed the app and removed the playstation. Just wont load live tv.
Has anyone got any ideas on whats going on ??
