Samsung Galaxy A3 phone and SkyGo error
Getting the following error when trying to watch live TV - To enjoy this service you need an active WIFI connection. Checked settings all ok with WIFI. checked other apps ok. uninstalled / re-installed app. Operating system Android 6.0.1. Has anybody had a similar problem.

Have you tried disabling the Wifi connection on the device and then after a dew minutes enabling it again ?

Try installing and then running as admin. Someone else had a similar problem and that was what fixed it for them.

Some of the channels are in the wrong place. Not sure where they are for the Scottish channels but I imagine it's 803.

PS4 Sky
When I try and watch a programme using sky on my PS4 it keeps asking me to enter the pin. I have not set one up and my parent setting are turned off so I want to know how I can stop the app asking for the pin!

There might be times that you have to enter the pin despite what your parental control settings are, if you haven't set one up you can do it via this link:

The apps ive got are sky, My sky & Sky Go on my phone I can watch everything on my phone but on my ps4 it comes up like Tv Guide but click on programe wanna watch it comes with that msg.

Skygo error
Keep getting a 50-9.404 error when connected to wifi on both iphone and ipad. Sport streams fine on mobile network. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Code PFE 9010
Getting the Code PFE 9010 when trying to watch a downloaded program on SkyGo.
Message says this download has expired and is not available to watch.
Trying to watch on laptop without WI-FI.
Frustrating as we are abroad and have downloaded a heap of stuff.
Any suggestions?

Chernobyl is box sets content so you'd need a box sets subscription. It was in catch up but they've expired now.
