Sky Go should work on any Andriod device running 4.1 or above so you should be Ok with this. Have you tried going back to the Google Play app or even the website to see if you can install it again ?

I can't actually download google play. So I have tried to install it from google store on the desktop. There it says it "is installed" but I can't open it from the desktop and there is no app to be found anywhere on the device. So who knows what's going on...?

Just reinstalled the app and it was fine
I clicked the screen and it's back to the blue filter
So annoying!!

I have just realised that it doesn't actually pick up the device for some reason. The tablet it showed was my old one (sorry my confusion). So why is it not recognising the new tablet?

Can't use skygo in Cyprus
Currently on holiday in Cyprus and trying to watch football but says can't use skygo in this country. Have checked the list of countries and Cyprus is on there. Am now missing the footy 😲

While you can use the Sky apps in Europe the football is blocked as Sky can not broadcast it outside of the UK.

Hi. Yes it is but I can't actually link the device in settings to the Google account. But I have signed in on the desktop. I think it's the tablet that's somehow not quite right somewhere! Just checked the Google Play compatability list and Magnus 10a is nowhere to be found...eh well...best cut my losses...

Sky Go Stuttering on Windows 10
Have managed to stop Sky Go sound stuttering on Windows 10 by changing the Resolution to 1366 x 768 and setting refresh rate to 40p Hz outcome - No longer stuttering. Makes no sense but at leat I can watch the golf now.

Cannot watch a catch up on Sky Go on ipad
Does anyone know why when I am trying to watch catch up Sky Sports Rugby Union Intl, I can only seem to download the programme to my box but there isn’t an option to play it directly on my iPad? Thanks

This happens when the content is available to download to the Sky Go app and is usually because Sky hasn't got the rights allowing this. The reason it only allows a download to the Sky box is because the app will shows all content that is available and not just those that can be viewed or downloaded to the app.

When sky updated the sky go app it stopped working on my iPad been through to sky help but they couldn’t get it to work I cannot watch any programme on sky go I have got rid of sky go then replaced it more than 50 times but still doesn’t work

Incorrect itv region
I am trying to record an ITV program on the sky box at home, using my account on my mobile phone. I am travelling in the uk and saw a program of interest. I am receiving an error message that states incorrect ITV region I have found the settings and there appeared to be many options for selecting the ITV region. I have chosen the one that seems the most sensible but this is still not correct. Does anyone know how I can find out the correct region? Thanks in advance.

You still haven't said what is actually happening, what happens qwhen you try to watch live tv for example, an error message, blank screen or something else - as stated on the forum the more information you can give the better.

I watch Liverpool vs Chelsea on Sky go ok i came off then i went back on again it loaded ok it said looking for up date then Sky go came up thn screen went blank waited and waited got nothing . took Sky go off my laptop reinstaled but still nothing
