Had an issue with it but wasn't too concern, have now got a new phone and it has the same problem, not the WiFi as can watch it on another Samsung phone I have.

When I try to open a program on sky go a message pops up saying I have network connection issues. When I try to add da device the screen goes white and says server error. Sky helpline is no help at all

It isn't on the list of counties that Sky Go can be used in as you can see here:

Try rebooting your device to see if it then works.

Can someone from Sky explain to me what is the reason behind making it impossible to watch red button games on PC? Why Sky Go app does not allow us to switch to red button games? Is there any reason why PC users have to limited this way? Honestly, it is 2019, not 2009 - this kind of restrictions seem to be superficial at least. Please do let me know why this is the case, as one day my contract will run out, and unless this will change, I will surely not be paying for Sky Sports again if this will not change. I very rarely watch TV, I usually watch Sky on the devices I have at hand, and current state of things is seriously frustrating.

I do apologise if this post is a bit harsh, but honestly, for this kind of money I should be able to watch Sky Sports Red Button on my microwave 😉 Also, if I am mistaken, and there IS a way to watch Red Button games on PC, I would appreciate some walkthrough how to do it.

What other devices do you have to hand because if you have something like a tablet it is possible to watch these gmaes via the Sky Sports app instead.

That is true, but if I have access to a PC with 32 inch monitor, using a 10 inch tablet is not something I would want to do. All I am saying is that this kind of restriction makes no sense to me.

You are correct, no idea why I posted that a few months back as I spend most days on here advising people that they can watch these games via the sports app.

Not on VPN, on home Broadband.

I have the full Sky subscription movies, sports etc however my SkyGo won't let me watch these, message comes up advising me to upgrade my subscription, can anyone advise on this and how to fix it

What are the specs of your tablet? Does it meet the minimum requirements detailed here

Sky Go app on Mac

Since the new look and feel update the only channel I can view is Sky News. When I try another channel, I get the preparing message, then returns me after a second or two to the TV Guide.

The device I am using is a Chromebook. All worked well before the change,
