Has a fix been made. I've had to buy a new tablet because the new app wouldn't work on my old one. I've managed to download a couple of programmes but now the app keeps losing my Sky Q box.
So frustrating when the Sky Q app was working fine before.

Seems a bit flaky. Randomly connects sometimes then when you go back in disconnects.
If I force close and reopen the app seems to reconnect.
Although I have a download speed over 350 and an upload of 36 when I'm watching sky on my laptob it consistently buffers and the error comes up this time as 16000 but I've also had 9000. I have BT Sport, not through sky and stream other sites without a problem. I feel that having spoken to sky twice I'm being fobbed off and they cannot explain the error code despite the fact that it's their error code or suggest a fix other than uninstall, reinstall, disconnect the box, which I have done twice to no effect. I should say the connection is ethernet not wireless and the problem did not arise until an update a few weeks a go.
Sky Go devices, someone with a x box keeps on logging into sky go and we have no idea who it is. I have changed the password and keep removing that device daily, any help would be appreciated.
I also have a booster that has a different Wi-Fi login. I will run some tests and see if one is more successful than the other.
Having truoble logging in on the app from my Xbox one. All it says is "to use this service you need to complete your sign up for TV from sky by visiting sky.com/Xbox/settings" I have tried this but page doesn't exist! Can anyone help?
Needs work by sky to make this more stable.
When i click on a video, it shows 'there was a problem playing the video' . I created Sky ID, buy still can't watch videos.
The current sky go url used to be
This no longer works.
Which address do I now put into my smart TV?
I've already tried "https://sky.com/skygo" that just takes me to a launch page that tries to open
skygo://vod/
Which is an illegal web address for my toshiba smart TV running on Opera TV
Please tell me what the current access URL is that has replacedgo.sky.com so that I can continue using my Sky GO account on my second TV.
Please note: This is NOT a Samsung, or a WebOS based TV set, NOR is it an Android TV compatible device, so it CANNOT INSTALL apps. The TV uses a simple browser based environment, and so requires a standard http based url in order to work.

I don't use this app but if I look here on the Google Play site then I see it was updated on 30th October 2019.
For both the 9000 and 16000 error the only thing you can do is to uninstall the app so when you did this did you also remove the hidden files and folders, if not this helpguide will take you through the process. You can ignore the time and date section and also the Cisco parts. Once you have done this do a search for anything Sky Go related and if anything is found delete this as well before rebooting your laptop and installing the app again from the Sky website.
All you can do in a situation like this is to contact Sky support to see if they have a way of stopping this from happening.
Have you got Sky Go Extra on your account as you need this before you can access the app on your console. It costs £5 a month or is free if you are a Sky Mobile customer, it is also free if you have a Ultimate on Demand package, Multiscreen or are a Sky VIP customer on the Gold level or above.
Did you follow the advice from the posts above yours ?
It isn't possible to access Sky Go via a web URL as there is now an app that has to be installed on PCs and Macs that used to use the web address to access it.
Every time I go to play super 6 it goes to YouTube then come goes to a page with Skybet access denied
So what your basically telling me is that Sky has given 90% of the UK smart TV market the middle finger?
Most supermarket bought Smart TV's are re-badged Vestel units. Toshiba, Bush, Sharp, Poloroid, Medion and many others are all Vestel based Opera TV systems, that require access to the apps they run via a standard http based URL.
Your telling me that SKy don't care about this very large consumer segment, in favour of only catering for that very much smaller market segment that use things like NowTV, FireTV and or Android/Apple based devices that can use an APP?
I appreciate your helpful answer, but I don't buy it.
I've seen the app running on my android tablet, and I can tell for a fact that there is still a URL buried under there somewhere, beacuse the app actually instantiates a chrome web frame to display a traditional web application.
Is there anyone from Sky themselves that can answer this question?
It hasnt been updated for my Pixel 2XL but I can see it updated here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nxp.sky.skysportstv.google&hl=en_GB
