What is going on with the Sky Sports Monile TV app at the moment?? Not only is there a stupid 'VO' logo in the top left which blocks the score, but it keeps signing me out meaning I have to switch to 4G every time to verify my subscription via my provider (Vodafone). So annoying, sort it out, please!!

Why does the Sky Go App on Kindle keEP asking me to upgrade when the upgrade doesn't exist... I an no longer use the app to watch tv on my kindle. Please help.

This has been a ongoing problem with the new skygo app, I download all my programs and then are unable to watch them. Its becoming a pain to be honest. I never had this problem the old apps? Sky...please sort this, thank you

I’ve encontered the same problem - was watching a download on skygo on a flight home then tried to finish it at home and go same message so I tried to upgrade and went round in circles then deleted the app and now cannot trace it in the app store to reload 😞

Is the app still installed on your device because if it is delete it then it should prompt you to update it.

My sky app not letting me log in
My sky app isn't working on my phone. I had the my sky app for months with no issues. Now, it won't let me sign in to it. I have a Huawei p30. Basically, it loads up the sign in page and then after I put all my details in, it goes back to the sign in page. Very frustrating. Can anyone help please?

Since then I've not heard a peep from them but have installed the updated version of the app....and it still hasn't fixed the issue...
Netflix and BBC iPlayer work perfectly though on my Win10 device. Perhaps Sky ought to take a leaf out of their books...

If its been removed why did I get asked if TODAY on the sky app if I want vr I can get it on my android. Only reason I accepted it is because the app said the reward will work on android!

Are you sure that the upgrade message refers to SkyGo?
I recently received a message from Amazon notifying me that I needed to upgrade the software on my Kindle in order for it to continue working correctly.

Hi, thanks for replying.
Im afraid I've already tried that - deleted right from the cloud and then followed the links in the Sky website to upload the kindle Sky Go app. It downloads but when I open and even before I try and link my account to the app I get the same upgrade message.
ive checked and my kindle OS is compatible with the minimum required as per the Sky website advice.
