My original package was skyQ box + 1 SkyQ mini box, then two weeks ago sky offered me a 2nd mini box for £30 which I snapped up.
I received it through the post with plug in and play instructions, no problems.
Recently, when the 2nd SkyQ mini box spotify app is started it will also mirror on the main box interrupting what ever is on the TV. This does not happen with the other skyQ mini box.

That's weird. Sorry for asking where but so often people think they are buying them, get them from EBay and don't realise they are only on loan. Maybe somebody will have an idea.
No surprise it's stuck again. Selecting today in ITV catch up for example shows content from yesterday 😐
So that's three days it's worked . . . . . 😫
What device is the app installed on, tablet, phone, computer etc ?
I've installed it on my android phone and Amazon tablet.

Is it possible to set up a guest Id instead of a secondary Id so that household details are not visible?
I keep getting the error message to upgrade my subscription. I had already downloaded and watched sky go on amazon fire tablet, and didn't get this message the first time round.
I got a new tablet today, and the error message keeps telling me to upgrade my subscription. I didn't need to do this befofe. Anyway I can do this quickly and easily? The same issue for my phone too.
I have Sky Go Extra, however, I cannot download any programmes to my phone and my husband cannot even watch live TV on his phone.
Trying to call Sky without having to wait 20-30 minutes is becoming impossible.

What are you trying to watch when you are seeing the upgrade message because if is anything from the boxset section you need to be a subscriber to either the boxset or ultimate on demand packages before you will be able to get access.
Are you signed in with the correct Sky ID and not an old one if you have been a way from Sky. If this doesn't apply to you then you will have to find a way to make contact with Sky, calling early morning is the best time.
And what is haoppening when you try to set a recording to your Q box and are you able to set the recordings via the Sky+ app instead ?
I have tried setting it up through the sky + app but it just trys to refer me to sky q app as it says it's detected a sky q box.
In SkyGo when I click to send recording to sky q box it says something went wrong. Record request not sent,please try again. So I do but I get same message.

Same here. Started straight after the latest skygo upgrade.
Also if I go in the my sky app and into remote record option. Press view it says you can't use the remote record function as you don't have an active viewing card. Is this anything to do with it?
My viewing card on the sky q box is working fine and I have all my channels. Thanks
Same issue, tried calling Sky. Couldn't resolve it over the phone.
What is going on with the Sky Sports Monile TV app at the moment?? Not only is there a stupid 'VO' logo in the top left which blocks the score, but it keeps signing me out meaning I have to switch to 4G every time to verify my subscription via my provider (Vodafone). So annoying, sort it out, please!!
