You could deleting the episode and see if it will allow you to download it again, are you able to watch other downloadbale content ?

I would try deleting the app, rebooting the iPad and then installing the app again from the app store.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to contact someone at Sky who might understand what the problem is and get it fixed quicker than the two weeks it took last time? I
I tried emailing the support email but just get a stock reply. Despite replying several times I just get on get cut and pasted andwets. No-one seems to actually read and understand what you’ve written. I know ringing will get a similar response with the added annoyance of having to go through lots of menus and wait in a queue to be answered!

Yeah it allows me to log in fine and I have just upgraded to sky sports on my package last week, it just has a little padlock in front of the live tv options.

You will have to contact Sky about this so they can look into ot for you.
Yes you can use the same details to login to Sky Go. Red button games are not available via this app though.

Yes sky go works using the same log in as sky sports app but no red button option on sky go to watch the championship games.

Was quite excited to see the update yesterday but it hasn't cured the buffering problem on MacOS. Inadvertantly though I tried to start the app with my VPN connected and it couldn't, as usual, connect to the Sky Q box. It gave me the option to carry on without the connection but I had to disconnect the VPN. The buffeing stopped but you obviously lose access to BBC. Not good.

Sky Q mini and main box spotify problem
I have sky q with 2 mini boxes, the second one has only just been purchased and has started taking over the main box when spotify is started. This doesn't happen with the other mini box or other apps. Please help.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by taking over tge main box? When you say you purchased a new mini can I ask where from?

SkyGo recording to sky q
I have just had sky q installed. Not multiroom.got skygoextra. Downloaded the app but unable to set recordings to my box. Is this a known issue? I have seen various threads about this or is it something I'm not doing correctly.
