Some programmes will download and others wont!!
Hey everyone,
HELP!!
Some programmes that are recorded onto my Sky Q box will download whilst others wont. I appreciate that programmes recorded from BBC need to be downloaded on iplayer BUT I have got some programmes recorded on ITV, Channel 5 etc that will download and others that just wont. The only option I have is to play these on my ipad when it is connected to my Sky Q box. I have reinstalled the Sky Go app and rebooted my Sky Q box.

I have a Sky Go Extra sub and I'm trying to download programmes on Sky One / Atlantic / Crime but get the message I need to upgrade my sub and code 1510.
Tried on three different devices with same result. Works fine on Sky + box, though.

I cleared the cache but that still didn't seem to work, So i restarted the router (gave it 5mins turned off) and it seems to have done the trick (at the minute, fingers crossed) Thank you very much 🙂

I’ve installed the sky go app but when I try to download something to watch it comes up with and error message saying that I need to upgrade my subscription. Anybody got any ideas? I’ve read what my package includes and the sky app states that sky go is now available to all sky customers.

Just tried to ring Sky .... took 10 minutes to click through all the "help" pages to get the number and now a 20 minute wait to speak to someone.

I haven't been able to access sky go since Friday and I have the same error message. I called tech today and he wasn't much help. The phone disconnected and he didn't call back.

Bizarrely I had band of Brothers appear on a Pacific download too! I am downloading them one at a time, it might be a queueing problem.

this is the response from Sky below. as you can see this response is rediculous. they should as a minimumgive affected users temporary access via a set-top box or sky-go. cancelation underway.

The authentication error has gone, but I now get a message saying I dont have a valid subscription. We'll see what happens next...

Sky Plus App not working
Two issues, firstly when I go to settings and click "my sky account" it says an error occurred, please try again" Also when I search for a program it does not find the current program, for example, it only finds season 4 of grant Chester on itv3 on demand. It does not find the current series on Friday evenings on itv.
Very frustrating when trying to find and record programmes on the app when not at home.

Error code 1504
I have installed and downloaded Sky Go to watch a series available on it. When I log into the show it says Error 1504, show not available.
