sky you are not listening we all had it working then it suddenly stopped.
I've been using sky since sky was created in the UK. One day a couple of months ago sky Go on the PlayStation 3 stopped working. Error code 1204.my account has the full sky sports package it won't allow anything to be watched not even sky Atlantic. It works fine on my Android phone as always.
Sky has done something to kick out the PlayStation 3.
Signed up for sky about a month ago and was told I could use my PS3 until installation was complete, it worked fine but today my box was was installed and the PS3 now has an error 1204 message.
I have read previous posts about sky go subscriptions and I definitely have one,. We where actually watching on the PS3 while the box was being installed but now I have gone back to it after the guy has gone it has this error.

'Manage Devices' feature in Sky Go has now been fixed for my account & hopefully for others too 😀
Before you have Sky Q instakked you get complete access to the Sky Go app regardless if what subsvripitions you will have on your account
Now you are a paying customer due your box being installed to use Sky Go on your console you will need a subscription called Sky Go Extra on your accout.
If you have a iphone, andriod phone or iPad then install the MySky app and activate the VIP program within it then you might be able to claim the free Sky Go Extra reward.

If neither of these give Sky a call and they will help you with this.
You need multi screen to download content that's on the Q box, not Sky Go Extra.
A 1204 error usually means it is something to do with Sky Go Extra on your account so I would get in contact with Sky support about this.

Im habvingb the same problem ads you . Did you get it sorted and if so how?
I'm on windows, I've uninstalled multiple times .. tried the change time .. and still nothing and in 24 hours the football recommences ... so annoyed and frustrated
I have waited 7 days now and when I go to the Sky Store on my SKYQ box the film Jumanji is still priced, ie it's not free!
Any ideas now?

To save you guys 2 hours waiting on the phone to get thorugh to a tech support.
Uninstall Sky Go and cisco video player: Go to start and then setting, Find you App and within it, the sky go. Select then uninstall. Wait til uninstall is complete.
Uninstall the sky go installer: In your download folder, delete all skygo installer.exe files
Uninstall Temporary file: Click the folder icon at the botton, click My PC, then Users, then one with your email id, then scroll to find the sky Go and sky folders. Delete both
Go to your Recycle bin: Delete all the above file. Everything related to skygo
Now open your internet browser, sky.com, login, find sky go installer, download it and follow the installation through.
Click the icon on your desktop and sign in and voila it should all be working now in time to enjoy the football season restart tomorrow.

Is the for Mac or will it work on windows ?

I have a windows 10, HP Laptop.
For mac, the icons might be different but the process is exactly the same. Find your app folder in setting and uninstall sky and cisco vid player. In your my pc, view and select hidden files and find the appdata folder. The recycle bin should still be the same in mac. Reinstall is as per sky.com site.
I'm running windows 8 .... haven't got Cisco so I'm confused what to do
