everytime i try to watch BT Sport on my Ipad it says it is having trouble connecting and says to try later... anyone else having this problem?

Is your iPad connected to your Sky Q box, if so try unconnecting it if the option is available in the settings.

Sky Go works for me on the P40 Pro.
You need to use Phone Clone (available on Play Store) to copy the app from your old phone to your P40 Pro.
Loading it this way works fine

on my tablet sky go comes up with the message because of a technical issue you cannot watch this content please try again later it keeps appearing when trying to get ingto sky go how do i solve this

Does a reboot on your tablet fix it, if not is the Sky Go app connected to a Sky Q box if it is try disabling it via the settings option.

As per previous posts on this thread, to fix the problem you must ensure Sky Go is completely uninstalled from your system and most importantly, once Sky Go is removed, ALL remaining left over folders and files are deleted including any/all hidden and system files and folders.
WINDOWS
#1 Uninstall Sky Go
#2 Make sure Windows/File Explorer is configured to show you all SYSTEM files and folders. Google "how to view system files in Windows" if you need instructions on how to do this.
#3 Make sure Windows/File Explorer is configured to show you all HIDDEN files and folders. Google "how to view hidden files in Windows" if you need instructions on how to do this.
#4 Open Windows/File Explorer and navigate to C:\USERS\your user name\APPDATA\LOCALLOW and if you see a folder named CISCO delete it along with all subfolders and files.
#5 Open Windows/File Explorer and navigate to C:\USERS\your user name\APPDATA\ROAMING and if you see a folder named SKY delete it along with all subfolders and files.
#6 Open Windows/File Explorer and navigate to C:\USERS\your user name\APPDATA\ROAMING and if you see a folder named SKY GO delete it along with all subfolders and files.
#7 Shutdown and Restart.
#8 Download the latest Desktop Sky Go app from the SKY website and follow install instructions.
#9 Once SKY GO launches OK, empty your Recycle Bin

Fake crowd noise ruining my sports viewing!
Why am I FORCED in to listening to FAKE crowd noise during some sports? I'm watching on a Windows 10 tablet with Sky Go and sometimes there is NO OPTION but to hear FAKE crowd noise, even when it's on 2 channels the FAKE noise is on both so I have to switch off as I can't stand it! I know on some football there are occasions when I can listen to the stadium noise, which is what I want to listen too, but other times there is no option, you are FORCED into listening to FAKE noise so I switch off and miss the whole program.
I've had to switch off the Darts because of this, on both channels there is FAKE noise and it just RUINS any enjoyment of the program. I'm not really interested in what the PRO-FAKE noise brigade have to say as it's not ruining their enjoyment and I don't see why I should have to be FORCED in to listening to something because there is no option to NOT listen to it!
If you're going to broadcast the same event on 2 channels for GODS SAKE turn OFF the FAKE NOISE on one of them, don't just FORCE it on people!

New SkyGo app on Mac
Cannot watch Live TV, catchup or even download shows to my Macbook since new update. Worked perfectly before this so why fix something that's not broken!

Error messages on Sky Go Android
I have the following Sky TV Package:
Sky Signature, Netflix, Sky Cinema, Kids, Ultra HD + HD, 3D.
For quite a while now I can't stream any movie, box set, or live TV. Sky News does work. I obviously can't try every single channel though!
I get the following error message:
"An unknown error occurred, please try again. If the problem persists, please try restarting the app. Error Code: -35651558"
I noticed it a few weeks ago when I tried to watch Das Boot Season 2.
Sky Contact told me it was because the program wasn't available on Sky Go.
That time the message was "Sorry this item is no longer available to watch. Error Code 3-22"
It does seem to be since I took on the above mentioned package. This happens on both my phone and tablet running Android 10.
Anyone help?
