I have Sky Go extra Subscription and IT DOESNT WORK!!!

Yes I have Sky GO Extra,

I am a Diamond Member in the VIP programme and I Cannot get the PS4 app to work.

This is beyond a joke

Cant even get through to SKY as they clearly dont want people contatcting them.

I shall be cancelling my £120 a month package at this rate!!!

I have sky sports mobile tv app on iPhone, but it won’t let me sign in.

i have a subscription running, via I tunes.

when trying to sign in, the screen goes blank and won’t let me in.

Tried deleting app and re downloading, any one now the fix?

Most days that I try to connect to recordings on Sky Q box (either desktop PC or Phone, both on same LAN as Sky Q box), it fails to find the Sky Q box.

When I restart the Sky Q box it then connects every time.

Is there an alternative? It's a bit disruptive when someone else is watching it, and shouldn't really be necessary.

Do others get this? Is there a setting somewhere that stops the Sky Q box advertising if after X hours Sky Go isn't used? Can it be changed?

Are you using an old Sky ID or are you using the app whilst connected to a Q box via a Multiscreen subscription?

Sky Ultimate is just a Netflix subscription BTW so nothing to do with viewing Sky content.

Hi have used sky go app several times before at and away from home on my android phone. Today it will not work. Currently in hospital using WiFi great connectivity and when app loads (and I have tried deleting and reinstalling makes no difference) if I choose something to watch just get error message 'my device needs to be authorised and check I'm connected to the Internet' err device is authorised yes I'm connected. Have followed the help page and turned WiFi on off on same with data etc. Makes no difference. Absolutely useless so annoying when I really want to have access nothing! Anyone help?

What is happening as you haven't said ?

If the phone shows up on the device management page here try deleting it and then rebooting your phone before trying again with it:

You could try disabling and then enabling the connection to the Sky Q box fro the app itself, this can be found via settings.

That hasn't worked for me (only restarting Sky Q box has).

Not sure why anything I did on Sky Go would make the Sky Q box start responding on the network.

I get the news in the small picture within In the app.. I then click on a show or programme that's currently on and I get a message saying I need skygo extra. I have Skygo extra, I have the VIP package, Diamond member. I have slots in my devices etc etc.

Having issues with my Apple iPad version of sky sports mobile tv.app not letting me log in and keeps saying no internet connection. Have restarted iPad, uninstalled app and reinstalled but no joy. Any ideas?

Upon launching the sky go app on a macbook pro running macOS Cataling 10.15.6, the app will run with full visual and sound then after 3 seconds goes grey and just leaves sound.

Tried a full uninstall, cache clear and installer download deletion and clean reinstall but still no fix.

Have seen posts about this from last year but no fix that works.

Can anyone advise other than uninstall or call sky?

Hi thanks for that unfortunately the phone shows as a device but it is the only device that doesn't have a 'remove or delete this device option' I am stuck again.

Why is it impossible to change my email address to one that I have with sky and it keeps being confirmed as invalid

Does it work on mobile data? Maybe the hospital is blocking it.

Still not worked it's someone with an xbox keep trying to remove keeps coming back up !!

I've bought a film off my phone as I had a voucher to use, it said my film was in my library which I couldn't find on tv , then got email saying it was on my NOW tv which I don't have ..... need help please

Would like to get sky sports on my laptop please ?
