Try deleting the app then installing the app again after a reboot if your device.

My sky + app on iPhone is unable to find my Q box
Recorded a programme using Sky+ on my iPhone. Looked okay on phone. When I looked for programme on Q box wasn't there.

Where are the sky VIP offers? I have signed up and have the MySky app, but no offers are visible on the VIP platinum tab, just a grey box at the bottom of the screen.

If you have only just activated the VIP program then you need to give it a while to update.

Can’t access my rewards via app
I can no longer access my Sky VIP Platinum rewards via the App. It takes me to my account and there's no option there either. I used to be able to swipe through about a dozen options and enter competitions, or sporting ballots etc, but cannot access this anymore, or cannot find where too. Please help/advise. Thanks,

Watching with interest as I have the same issue! Was recently told on a call with Sky "I see you haven't used your free movie reward" but when I access the App there are no rewards showing.
Tried again tonight to find out more about Top Trumps as my 7 year old loves the game but nothing showing.
Feel like I'm missing out...and not a VIP at all!!!

Thanks for suggestion. There is no option on Sky + app for viewing card info.

Sky Go On Windows 10 64bit
Hey SkyGo app development team, pretty concerned that the skygo app running on a surface pro windows 10 64 bit is running in 32bit mode, and whilst it is running it is consuming very high power and memory.

Exactly that, the Top Trumps was the reason I had a look again. I receive the emails about rewards, which I never used to before, but no access; extremely frustrating. Guess they didn't advise you then?? I have to admit, I hasn't realised I was posting on a community site; I thought I was messaging Sky … trying to sort too late at night 🤦🏼♀️ Guess it's a phone call / email to them by the looks of things. I'll post back if I find an answer.

to find out...I've updated the App, looked on the website directly, searched on the issue but still no actual "rewards" and don't appear to of had for some time now 🤷🏻♀️

On the front page of the My Sky app, there should be a star at bottom right labelled Sky VIP. It may be worth trying to sign into the app again if this is not appearing. From there, the assorted 'Rewards' should be in a list.
Skygo devices
Even though i have changed my account password devices with old stored passwords still can access my skygo app? Security is not good at all.

I'm not sure how long it will take but you will find that they will ask for the password as mine did when I changed mine a while back.
I cannot see my sky vip rewards
I receive sky vip emails, inviting me to take rewards but I cannot see or access any rewards. I have been told in conversation with sky that I have not taken up my free movie reward, I really would like the top trumps for my 7 year old but again they are not showing on my vip section of the app. I have tried signing out and back in, I have the most up to date version, I have uninstalled and reinstalled but they are simply not there. I have looked on my account via the tv, I have looked at my account on the website. Please help. I feel like I am missing out!
