I have an issue where my SKY Go loads and is on the task bar, I can hover over the icon and it shows the app working, however when you click it it does not open out into a full window. I am running windows 10 on a new windows surface docked to a larger monitor. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issue.

SkyGo app on laptop - need help!
The SkyGo app on my laptop no longer allows me to watch programmes on Sky Witness, though I have recently been watching them with no proble,m. I get an error message telling me I need the "relevant Sky subscription" - which I HAVE!! - and ""Code 1310". The homepage on the app even suggests I "continue watching" series that it no longer lets me watch! I have tried messaging the Help team via Twitter - was given a phone number that is answered by a recording that asks you to state your problem. When I say "SkyGo app" it refers me back to the website, then hangs up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times - nothing changes. I am really frustrated - does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

To watch something yes but it might alreay know your details and that you are already signed in if you didn't also delete the hidden files that stores your login details.

The chances are you might be watch something that is part of Sky Boxsets and that you don't have either a boxset or Sky Signature subscription which will allow access to this content.

Sky Q not connecting to Sky Go after iOS 14 upgrade
I have just upgraded my iPad to iOS 14. The Sky Go app no longer connects to my Sky Q box.
I have ensured the Sky Go app has access to other devices on my network. I have reinstalled the Sky Go app on my iPad. I have reactived Sky Go on my Sky Q box. The iPad and the Sky Q box are connected to the same network.

Re: Bt sport on Sky go is not working
I have finally managed to resolve the issue. There were a few factors in play but got there in the end.
When you switch from BT and pay Sky directly for all services including BT Sport, they do the switch in the background. They authorise the TV on day of install, however Sky Go will have BT sport sat in a 'pre active' status on the Sky systems until 31 calendar days AFTER your BT account has closed. (For me this was 12th September as my BT account closed on 11th August). That should be automated!...
However, my account got stuck at 'Pre active' in the system and never switched from 'preactive ' to 'active'.
When I called them today, the Sky operator put me on hold so he could speak to the 'Upgrades team. They basically removed it and re instated BT sport and now it works. So in my case, it was a system glitch, where the service got stuck. As soon as they reinstate the service, you receive a few emails, log out and back in to Sky Go and it all works.
One thing to note. They start you on a new 18 month contract so be advised.

or anything at all on Sky Witness. Other channels work OK.

It looks like series 16 is part of catchup and boxsets so can you go to the homepage and go to Catchup > Sky Channels > Sky Witness > Greys Anatomy and see if the episode will play for you here.

Thank you! It's no longer available in Catch-up, so I can't watch it that way - but the Sky Witness programs that are available in Catch Up do play. So that is the answer! It's about having a subscription that includes Box Sets! Thank you so much for solving this mystery - I will see if I can upgrade my subscription. I'm so grateful for your help. 🙏

Looks broken to me. I can download that series to my Sky+HD box without errors but they give 1310 errors on the app.

Xbox 360 sky app cant sign in just says error
Hi I have tried to sign into my sky app on my xbox 360 but it says unexpected error try again later. Been saying that for 3 days now. Any ideas.
