Hi it sounds like they upgraded your TV sub, Sky Sports Mobile TV is seprate entity to the TV package.

Try logging into the app with the same details that you used on this forum, after you have done that does it work and if not what happens ?

Give Sky a call as they should be able to claim this for you and when phoning ignore the covid message at the start and remain on the line for as long as you can.

Sky go works fine on win10 build 1909 but nothing works on build 2004. Deleting folders and reinstalling app is waste of time. Sky tech support don't have a forecast for fix other than rolling back system to build 1909!

I want to stop someone who has access to my sky go from accessing it. I have changed my password but when I went on the app on my phone it didn't prompt me for the new password. Even after removing all devices from my account the app still had me signed in without asking for the new password. Is there any way I can stop them using my sky go without asking them to sign out??

Changing your password should work as it did when I changed mine a few months back but it does take a little while to kick in. In my case I didn't use Sky Go for a while after I changed the password but the next time I did on all my devices I had to sign in again.

As I am a member of sky mobile will I be able to use sky go with out a TV box?

Yes tried all that and the problem still exists.

I have the latest version of the sky go app.

However some channels are missing from the tv guide. For example in the list of channels it skips from

141 5 USA

151 E

Completely missing the channels in between , (144 Quest + 149 Quest Red) along with other channels

I have checked I have the latest app and version. I've tried uninstalling and downloading the app again. I can still see all sky movie, sports and radio channels.

If you select the "Record to Sky box" option at the top of the guide you will see them as the channels themselves are not available to view via the app.

No, as a Sky Mobile you can stream without using your data (apart from a tiny bitfor adverts) but you have to be a Sky TV customer or you can not view the channels or any content from within the app.

Arrived in Norway 4 days ago from UK and sky go won't let me watch or download anything.

Getting message that cannot view in this country but a colleague with me is managing to stream from their sky go app no problem.

What device are you using, is it a phone ?

Android tablet and phone, same issue with both.

Oh OK can I sign up to Sky TV and don't have a TV box just use the sky go app to watch TV?
