I presume they are both connected to a Wifi connection if so you will have to contact Sky about this so try Twitter or Facebook Messenger. If connected to a mobile network have them search for all networks and see if you can connect to a different one.

You would have to have a Sky Q box instaled but if you want to watch Sky on your phone a better option for you might be NowTV so it might be worth checking out their packages.
Cant resubscribe to SS Mobile TV package
Sorry cant see anywhere else more suited to this....
I initially had a 6 month subscription to one of the Sky Sports packages through Vodafone Ireland and then I was paying monthly through Google before I cancelled (only finished up on 24th August last month). Now I want to resubscribe but no matter what I try through the app on my phone I cant get it running again.
It keeps telling me to contact Vodafone to resubscribe. I have contacted Vodafone twice and they said there is nothing at their end holding them to the app and I have fully unsubscribed from then (it was working through google for a while so I'd believe them on that)
I have tried deleting all data within the app and uninstalling the app (then reboot) then reinstalling the app but it keeps pointing me back to VF when I try re-subscribe.
I have created a new ID under a different email address but the same issue comes up when I go to the "My Account" section in the app.
If I sign out I can see the option for signing up to either of the two packages but I have to sign-in to subscribe and it doesn’t matter if I use my old ID under the first email or the new ID under the 2nd email I used
When I try to watch a channel I get the 3 options
1 Sign in or Buy Subscription
2 Restore my Google Play Subscription
3 I subscribe to Mobile TV via Vodafone
Pressing option 1 gives me the problem above where I go into a loop of logging in and then been told to go to VF.
Pressing option 2 (which I believe to be the correct way) does nothing. I get no errors and nothing happens either.
Option 3 is not a runner as VF don’t do the mobile tv anymore.
My phone is a Samsung S10 running Android Version 10
As I said I have tried deinstalling the app and any data I can find linked to it. I have deinstalled any Sky related app on the phone (My Sky, Sky go etc) but they all relate to the Sky box account in my wifes name so shouldn’t have any effect but I got rid of them anyway.

I had the same problem on my mac for months. Go into finder-> delete everything associated with sky and sky go. Go onto google chrome browser instead of safari -> Then try and download it and launch your newly downloaded sky go app. Worked perfectly for me. Note: make sure your mac is fully updated

I have tried to get in touch with sky it's impossible they should have more people to help they are ready to take your money and slow to fix the problem is the issue android phone if so sky get it sorted out I'm a platinum member
Would be good to be able to log onto multiple accounts
It would be really great and useful if I could log onto the two accounts I have with Sky (one at my Parents place and one at my own) on the same app. Would make managing both so much simpler and easier

Unlike all its neighbouring countries, Norway is not a member-state of the EU (although it is in the EEA), so the legal arrangements which permit cross-border access to a UK-based portable online content service* (Regulation (EU) 2017/1128) don't extend there.

Sky VIP offer of new voice remote - can’t claim via vip app
Despite numerous attempts to claim my VIP reward via the VIP App it doesn't work the screen just has a continuous spinning circle.
Please advise why how else I can claim the reward as I have now tied to do this on several devices with the same problem.

You can phone Sky as they can claim almost everythig for you that is available via the app.

No whatever I try to watch returns with the 4090 code , if I put in my bank details or account number I get a reply saying account closed, it's almost like an old account is running instead of my new account

I kind of have the same problem. I have episodes S6-1-6, and episode 12. Can't find episodes, 7,8,9,10 or 11, even though it was series linked.? Not sure if there have been any episodes after 12 aired yet. Doesn't seem to be available on catch up either. Where are they?
App issues
I haven't been able to use my sky VIP app for a couple of months. I have tired uninstalling and reinstalling but still no joy. It opens up but when I go to use the VIP section, it's a faded screen with a blue arrow in a circle and thats it
