Anybody know got any idea why my Sky Go will not work on Macbook Air?
I have re-downlaoded the desktop app and it's still not worked.
It's showing no access code 001.
Any advice gratefully accepted

Can’t watch SkyGo on playstation
Hi,
I've logged into my sky account on the PlayStation but each time I go to watch TV on it a message comes on to say to go to sky.com/playstation which doesn't exist.
please can you help?

You are seeing that message as you have not got Sky Go Extra on your account which is needed to be able to use the app on a console.
If you have a iphone, andriod phone or iPad then install the MySky app and activate the VIP program within it then you might be able to claim the free Sky Go Extra reward.
If that doesn't work try this link:

No, not using a VPN. It's weird because it used to work on my older MacBook Pro but upgraded to new Air with M1 chip in Dec and hasn't worked since. I know my account is fine as it works on the phone and iPad still 🤷🏻♂️

Just had SkyQ - SkyGo does not show recording tab on iPhone - when record on app on laptop it does not record on SkyQ.
iPhone recognises Airplay but does not connect.
Spent ages on the phone to Sky but got nowhere.
Any suggestions please.

I downloaded the new my sky app 2days ago because the original one had disappeared . .my talk shield would not load . I phoned sky and was told it was now connected . When I try to access that section . Page is very grey and will not load even after 5 mins . I've re installed it a few times with no difference . .my phone is a Samsung galaxy 6 edge

Cannot change listed devices
In the My Sky app I cannot change the listed devices on my account.
All three mobile devices have been sold and upgraded to new ones directly from Apple. We all still use the same sims.
This has nothing to do with Sky Go.
Just want the app to reflect our current phones.

Re: SKY Go stopped working after iOS upgrade to Big Sur.
Problem seems to be solved. This morning I enabled the latest Big Sur upgrade and thought I'd give SKy Go a whirl - it set about reinstalling itself and bingo it's working!

Thanks for your reply. But no, that link takes me to changing the devices that can watch on Sky TV apps like Go or Q.
This is purely to do with now having new phones not bought through Sky even though we're still using original sims.
Just need to update our current phones list in the My Sky app.

Sky Go in Europe
I've just discovered that Sky have stopped Sky Go from being accessed in Europe. An statement from Sky says that we're no longer "entitled" to this facility as a result of the UK leaving the EU. Presumably they see it as a service that they were forced to supply by EU rules. I saw it as a useful service whilst I was abroad which I no longer have.
I assume that subscribers of Sky in the Republic of Ireland will still be able to access Sky Go on their travels in Europe.
I cannot see any justification for the withdrawal of this facility.

My Sky app on android thinks I am abroad
It will not allow to install the My Sky app as I get a message that this service is not available in your country. I'm in the UK. My location is turned on so why won't it work

Screen Size has shrunk on tablet
My Sky Go screen used to fill my Chromebook, but the lat few weeks it is only showing a very small screen in the middle... abouta qurter of what is used to be. It also doesn't switch between portrait and landscape anymore.
Its a very unsatisfactory viewing experience now...not much bigger than my phone.
Can anyone help as I cannot find any display settings where I can address this?
