Hi I have two iPads hooked up to my sky go however I can't add anymore devices please help I've no idea what I'm doing wrong.

As the app updated itself I would try a complete uninstall of the app by doing this:
Try uninstalling the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

Hi no been with them for over 6 months now had the problem since I signed up it use to say you have too many devices but tonight it said the Qbox was streaming too many devices and gave me a choice to watch online XX

If you are streaming then this applies:
- New customers joining after March 26th 2019 with just free Sky Go can stream on 1 device at a time.
- Customers who joined before March 26th 2019 continue to be able to view on 2 devices at a time.
- Sky Go Extra increases it to 2 devices at a time and Multiscreen increases it to 4 devices at a time.
If your device is connected to Sky Q, they will assume the concurrent streaming limits for Sky Q, i.e you are only able to stream to 2 devices , if you want to use more, you will need to disconnect your device from your Sky Q box, so it can use the Wifi connection in your home, this can be done by going into the settings menu on Sky Go and selecting disconnect from Sky Q.

Hi 👋🏻Comes up an error code more or less I think it said 1410 ..sky cs suggested i delete sky go on pc & reinstall,to no avail ..also sky Cs suggested I download bt sports app on tv & enter my sky details to acces ,what a load of waffle ..& last but not least I'm sure the Cs advisor said in a certain jargon which I can't recall bt on pc can't be accessed ..neither here nor there I'm sure you agree 😩💁🙊

will this app only be coming to the oculus quest ? i have the quest but i would love to see on steam so i can watch with the reverb G2 as the resolution is much better

How do i load sky go on laptop
Im completly manchesterlost I HAVE DOWNLOAD THE spftware about ten times and then this sky go screen comes on black but nothing comes on the screen.I just cant do it can i go on google and just watch tv or tell me what i can do with mmy laptop 10 windown im lost steve

The next time you load it up try putting the cursor on the corner of the window and drag it to make it bigger to see if that then works for you.

I could but still cannot get into app when installed again as it just stays on the white background with sky logo and doesn't load any further

You can move a window to any monitor by right clicking on either it or the mini window when you hover over the task in the Windows toolbar, select move, then use the arrow keys. Reinstalling is hardly ever necessary.
