Sky App Incorrect Info
According to the My Sky app, I have full access to sports. This is not the case as I only have Premier Leagueas confirmed in a call. Can you please advise why the app tells me different-see attached. Thanks

I'd suggest Apple moving to M1 (ARM) processors isn't really a 'release': it's a whole new CPU architecture with the consequent need for emulation layer support in existing applications. 2006 all over again for those of us who have been doing this stuff for longer than we care to remember; )
Someone using sky go without permission
Can anyone help? Someone is logging in to my sky go account without my permission. On a daily basis I remove the devices and I have also changed my password. Any other suggestions to stop this happening?

Doing this will stop them:
First change your password:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
Then go to this link:
https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage
If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!

I have the same issue - namely that every time I start the Sky Go App on my Mac I am asked to "Allow" access. I see from your response to the thread that in fact there is a problem with buffering, and so to fix that problem I need to swirch off the connection to my Sky Q box. I've never suffered from the buffering issues described, and even if I had, how would I have known that this was a "fix"?
So when will you have a proper fix - i.e. one that doesn'y solve a problem that some people have without causing another problem for others?

I have the same problems as other where my Sky Go app does not see the Sky Q box, had been working fine but seems to have stopped, have tried rebooting sky Q box, re-intalled the app on I Phone.

If the app is connected to your Sky Q box then this should be possible.
If you don't have a Sky Q box then no it isn't possible to watch red button games via the Sky Go app I'm afraid but if you have a iPad or another tablet then you can view these games via the Sky Sports app instead.
Recordings in SKY Go
I am a SKY Multiscreen Customer and therefore, should, be a SKY Go Extra customer. However, I do not have the Recordings option on the SKY Go App. I have gone through the online troubleshooting and everything is working as should be, except, I don't have the recordings option. Any ideas

Are you sure that Sky Go Extra is on your account as I'm not sure that it is activated by default, you can check this here to see if it shows as being on your account:

If it does show there from the settings on your Q box have you made sure the connection to Sky Go is turn on, the same for the settings on the Sky Go app itself.
