If you are away from home, you need to click the 'Record to Sky Box' navigation option rather than 'Watch on phone' (which only lists Sky News and CNBC).

ITV on Sky Go
Hi, I know that using Sky Go on sky mobile uses very little data (a little for adverts), my question is if watching ITV on Sky Go, on mobile data, does that use data or is it part of the watch without using your data plan ? Not watching ITV player as I understand that will use data, this is watching entirely within the Sky Go App. Have looked and I think its included but would appreciate confirmation? TIA.

Sky kids app can’t sign in
Hi,
trying to sign in to sky kids app on my sons iPad. It says, 'grown ups, if you can't get into the grown up area, your probably not online'. My internet is fine. Can anyone help?

Same thing happening here. Only works for a while if I unplug the sky box and power it up again, often disconnects to the network or other boxes and I had two boosters. Tried an Ethernet connection too via a bt600 extender and it was too slow for downloads. Cant win.

We have looked into this while on a private chat and determined what was being seen is not a fault but is the result of the licensing agreement we have with ITV. Different shows will can be streamed or downloaded at different points dependant on when they were broadcast.

VIP ballot bookings - no email confirmation
I applied for a ticket for horse riding from the VIP section of the My Sky app. This was a ballot ticket, and according to the terms, Sky would email me if I won. I never heard anything from Sky, and never received an email. However, when I logged into the VIP section of the My Sky app again, I discovered (completely by chance) that I had indeed been allocated a ticket. When we went to the horse riding (which was most enjoyable), at least 2 other people there said the same thing - they'd never been notified, and only came across their ticket by chance. There were (I believe) two people who didn't turn up, and I'm wondering if this is the reason why. Does Sky usually notify you when a ballot ticket is allocated to you?

I agree, think this is really bad haveing to wait this long. We need it fixed now. We pay for a service. What date have they given.
