I have the same issue. It also affects my sky Q mini box also. Can be watching something and it just suddenly ends program nd gives the error message. I have deleted, logged out and reinstalled but the issue still happens. Makes me wonder why I pay so much for it all the continuos disruptions to my service. This has been happening a lot since I got upgraded to fibre.

Darker TV screen since we went onto Sky Q. Tried all settings.
We bought a 4D HD ready TV from Sky before we upgraded to Sky Q. Once we had upgraded to skyQ the screen has gone dark during dark programmes, you can barely make out what is going on. For example, Sabrina the Teenage witch, we have watched all the previous series with no problems before SkyQ but now we can't see what's happening because it's so dark. My husband is an IT technician and he says the box is not ready for the programme formats that are being sent to the box for us to view. I hope that makes sense? He's tried everything in the settings and we are always getting updates so I know that's current.
What I want to know is what can sky do about this. They sold us a TV that's not compatible with the Sky Q. Does anyone else have this problem and what have you done about it? We can't afford to just go buy a better TV.

My skygo app says " Sorry something went wrong To watch this content upgrade your subscription".
Thsi message appaears no matter what channel i select. i have a full sky package including sports. worked ok until yesterday and then has stopped on all devices both Windows and IOS.

Sky go help please
Hi. I cannot download programs to my phone or watch programs on my phone through sky go. I can only download to my box which kind of defeats the object. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it is the latest update. Can anyone help please. Thankyou

If it is asking you to upgrade then it is because you have not got Sky Go Extra on your account which is required to do this.
If you have a iphone, andriod phone or iPad then install the MySky app and activate the VIP program within it then you might be able to claim the free Sky Go Extra reward.

So just today done the update now sky go is 21.5.1 and still issues, in fact the old version was slightly better, or maybe I was used to it!! Has the issue been sorted or is there another update due that will remedy problems?
