yep skygo appis total **bleep**, and be aware potential new customers, it's not worth the hassle, you've been warned......also the new version Beta i think it is, has all the exact same problems as the trash before it did....and btw skygo isn't free else it wouldn't be constantly highlighted by sky themselves......fact is if skygo wasn't included many people simply would of never subscribes...so it isn't free, but it is useless..

Cannot view downloaded programmes from my phone via hdmi adapter
In the past I have downloaded programmes to my iPhone, then connected it to a tv using Apple lightning to HDMI adapter to watch them. Now, the downloads will not play on the Tv, I get an error message on the screen?

If you have managed to get this working in the past then you have probably been lucky as the HDMI output when using Sky Go on a mobile device like an iphone is actually blocked. If you have a laptop then you should be able to do this,

You need to install it from here:
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.bskyb.skygo
You will have to join the beta program to be able to get it. It might be worth deleting the one you have first before installing this.

Cannot access MySky rewards on App
When I go to the rewards section of the MySky App it says I have not got access.
I always had access before. What has changed?

OK, so quick update in case this helps anyone - I notice no one has been able to offer any help so here goes...
I got my Sky Go app to work on my PC by closing my graphics card overclocking software. I use EVGA Precision X1 on my machine and I also have the on screen overlay showing graphics card info such as temp and clock speeds.
TMy theory is that Sky thinks the overlay is some kind of video stealing thing so errors out.
Anyway, I hope this can help others out there with the same issue.

It means you iPad is running old software so that you will be unable to install whatever you are trying to install, so can you tell us what version you are running. You should be able to do this via Settings > About and post back what the Version number is.
