I am on Mac OS Sequoia Beta.
Having downloaded today's OS update, and deleted all traces of the Sky Go App, if I download the App from Sky and install it, it works. They have at last fixed it.
Just in time for the football.

Thanks for escalating this. We’ve sent @Rat1010 an invite to chat.
Let joy be unconfined - it worked. Seems strange that Rosetta still needed in 2024, but at least it works. Thank you very much
Anyone else having issues trying to open Sky Go on the Mac?

Try downloading the new version of the installer from the Sky Go website and re-installing it.
Thank you. Just done that and it works

Hi I have just purchased a new MacBook M3. Tried to install sky go; installer appears, the down load commences and completes but then just disappears. Is this the same problem or just my incompetence in using the computer?
By the way, sky go still working on my old 2019 macbook.

Go to finder, look in your Downloads folder at the Sky Go Installer file you downloaded, right click and select Get Info. If the created date of the installer file is not at least 02nd August 2024 at 20:33, you have the wrong version.
Open a new private browser window (or clear your cache) and go to the Sky website and re-download the installer and re-run the new version.
I have tried all those suggestions, it still won't load.
Try on a clean install of windows
Sky Go not working on Windows 7.
Programme downloads ok, but error message says 'cannot connect'.
Any opinions appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't have the time or energy to reinstall Windows only to find Sky Go still doesn't work - sorry.

No blu-ray players as such, I would imagine the closest unit would be an xbox
