As I posted previously for you:
When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours
When you need Sky to send the aht invite to you again and when you are able to respond post back here.
I know it's a long time since you posted this but I've been having the exact same issue and your advice resolved it for me. If anyone else has this, try @doyley1094 's steps

I keep trying to watch sky go, I never used to have a problem, but now it says there is a technical issue and to try again later
I used to be able to watch TV through Sky Go app on my laptop but its been a few months and today it wont load at all, have reinstalled several times. PC is compatible. Keep getting error message

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.
If that doesn't work then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

Have installed Sky Go and tried to run, it goes to the blue start up screen but also comes up with error
Code: PFE 4002
Not sure if this will help but worth a try:
Right-click on the Sky Go app and click on Compatibility.
Go to change settings for all users at bottom of pop-up.
Check the boxes "Run as administrator" AND the box beneath that says "Register this Program for Restart".
Click Apply.
This should take you to a screen where you have to sign into your Sky account.

So I have skygo on my phone which I'm logged into
I'm trying to log into skysports app for sky sports + on the go and am getting an unexpected error.
Same happens on website
Cleared cache and checked apps up to date etc.
Uninstalled and reinstalled apps
Sky go works perfectly just not sky sports
Read the other answers and that doesn't help me 😂
It's an absolute con by SKY.
Now TV sports is cheaper than SKY sports, but is compatible to Chromecast whereas SKY isn't.

I've just tried logging into sky go a new Apple TV 4K and getting the message "you'll need a Sky Q Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home subscription to access Sky Go on your Apple TV". The issue is I already have the Whole Home subscription package. Could the reason behind this be that the Apple TV device is in a different house to my primary device of a Sky Stream puck?
I have been trying to get my Skygo app to work on Sonoma OS but after all the recommendations it still does not work.
Sky deleted the last feed as some got it working but still plenty of us are struggling.
Sky please sort it out as I pay for sky sports and I am unable to watch and the season starts on Friday

Seems like im going the masses with the same problem.
Tried to fire up sky go earlier on today. Just shows me a white or black screen, then around 5 seconds later closes the whole program down.
Tried a re-install with the latest version off the sky site - same problem.
Tried a re-install with a older version - loads up, blue sky screen, but downloads update automatically - install update and we back to the initial problem.
Done the hidden folder delete in the AppData folder
Tried the running as administrator and register this program for restart options in compatibiity settings.
Windows 11 Home operating system. Previously worked mint until some update seems to have killed it off.
Any help?
Same issue with me. Latest version (cant even run a older sky go version) and just white screen 5-7seconds and closes the program off the taskbar.
Works on iPad tho 😕

They haven't deleted the last thread as it was closed and still viewable as you can see here so have you tried what some have posted in there including deleting and downloading a fresh copy from the Sky website ?
