What account are you using to login to the app, is it the one for this different house or you details for your account where your Sky TV account is ?

I have the same issue (error 4003) intermittently appearing on an Android tablet. It seems to only affect Sky Sports (HD) channels, which also stutter. Other sports channels, for example TNT Sports, stream absolutely fine

I have the same issue, I have rebooted my iPad as well as deleted and reinstalled sky go but no luck, can you please assist?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Everything is up to date, have randomly tried today and it appears to be downloading (slightly odd). Any idea why I can't watch super mario bros movie on sky go?

My Netflix app work intermittently on our main tv.

Hi
Can't find a definitive on this. I as recently asked to upgrade to SkyQ as my old Sky+ box was old and Sky were going to stop supporting it. I've been trying to record things on my SkyQ box but setting it up from my SkyGo mobile app but it isn't working. I've googled and wanted to check as I don't have a definitive.

Is it true that, unless you have multiroom that you can't set your SkyQ box to record from your mobile SkyGo app?  

 

Very annoying if so.

The account being used is the exact same Sky Go login I use. Sky Go worked on there phone but for some reason the Apple TV is having issues.

You do not need multiscreen room to set remote recordings from the app but this might be in issue with your viewing card as you will have been sent a new one so would you like the messaging team to help you via here with this ?

After some tinkering, the issue seems to have been the hardware/software video decoding setting on my tablet. It was set to hardware decoding by default but changing it to software decoding fixed the issue.

It's a proper crash too - it's in the Windows Event Viewer, shows the following errors:

Sky Go is delivered via your BROADBAND and not via satellite, have you posted in the WRONG forum by chance?

As there are obviously many more people who will be experiencing the exact same issue, it is up to Sky to implement a fix.  I wish I had visited here earlier so that my time was not wasted going through and implementing Microsoft advice and doing likewise on advice from a network engineer.  Do get a move on Sky: you broke the app so it is up to Sky to fix it or put in place a working replacement.  Customer are being short-changed without either.
