Error message PFE 9903 when trying to stream content on Mac via Sky Go.
I am getting Error message PFE 9903 when trying to stream content on my Mac via Sky Go. I have tried the Sky recommended soution of using Activity Monitor to stop programs such as Quicktime, VLC etc. The problem is not solved though. Does anyone have tips on how to fix this issue please?

With that error code there must be something running that can capture sound, video or pictures. The most common one is the snipping tool.

Tried a few things:
Looking closer at my other monitor - Samsung S24F350 on Radeon 5 and connected through HDMI - the overlay had not magically disappeared but just had become significantly less obvious. My main monitor -BenQ GL2780 on Radeon 5 - was connected through DispalyPort, so I reconnected via HDMI and the overlay become a bit less obvious (not as much as the Samsung though) .
I then went through a similar process with an old Nvidia GTX970 graphics card, it gave pretty much the same results as the Radeon 5, so it would appear to be nothing to do with the graphics card (by the way the Radeon 5 is more specifically AMD Radeon 760M Graphics in a AMD Ryzen 5 8600G)
So, no solution yet!! but using HDMI connctions to make it more bearable.

SKY GO and Vodaphone
I have had huge problems with sky go and not doing remote recording when out of the house it will not send signal to record. Is there an issue with Vodafone? As tried everything else.

Nobody else has reported any issues so if you are at home and connected to your Wifi and that your phone/tablet is not connected to your Sky Q box can you then remote record ?

All works In the house . What I mean is when outside using mobile network it does not . Will not send a message to record to sky q

Latest classic eastenders not available for.download on skygo
I download episodes of classic Eastenders on SkyGo from U&Drama. Right now I cannot download the most recent season shown 2006. The 2005 and 2004 episodes are available. Why is that? I've been doing it for a couple of years. Now it says not available for download but only the 2006 season.

SKY GO ON LAPTOP ERROR MESSAGE PFE 8006-IH
I WAS USING SKY GO ON LAPTOP AND IT NOW SAYS I HAVE EXCEEDED THE AMOUNT OF USERS ONLINE AT SAME TIME BUT I HAVENT AS I LOGGED OUT USERS AND TRIED AND NO SUCCESS. IT WORKED FINE UNTIL YESTERDAY AND I HAVE REINSTALLED APP AND CHECKED FOR UPDATES AND STILL THE SAME

To everyone out there that is ahving issues with Sky GO out there. Yes you do have to uninstall Sky GO but when windows uninstalls it leave files behind. This causes issues.
This is what you do
Download a program called reno uninstal this will uninstal all the files.Makes sure you follow the uninstall process to the end and then go to ADVANCED IN RENO so you get all the files then empty you recycle bin this is PC fix.
Then download the latest ver of sky go and install it and it will work.

I downloaded it from the same place as you, and after installing it crashed (as usual). I am guessing that in the process it updated itself to the .2 release. The next time I started it - it worked.

hi, i've downloaded from the link and it is 24.1.3.0 , then auto updates to 24.1.3.2 . but it is still crashing when start streaming
