Your post isn't very clear, are you saying you can access the Darts on your Sky Stream TV service and not on Sky Go, if so give this a try:

Could there by an app on the phone or tablet that is causing this error ?
I use OneDrive and it may have something to do with this? I'm not too technical but when right clicking on the Sky Go application icon on my desktop it gives options to 'always keep on this computer' I guess that downloads what is normally stored in cloud to c drive. ??
For the last 3 days, SKy go streaming issue, re-installed app on xbox, hard reset of xbox, no wifi issues, no change.
why can I connect access my sky recordings and put a programs on my sky box when I am away from to sky box
Have you trieds a reboot of your broadband router ?
To access your recordings on Sky Go you have to be on the same network as the Sky Q box so when you are away from home this wouldn't be possible, You should still be able to set remote recordings and downloads when you are not at home.
Thanks for escalating. We've sent an invite to @hogbenn.
I tried downloading Skygo for Mac (OS 14.6.1 (23G93), and the app is unable to launch. I keep getting an error message saying error 001, we're having problems connecting your application. I have already tried uninstalling and re-installing the application from the Sky website. This is ongoing despite the updates posted on the forum from August 2024.
I have tried the broad band reboot, it seems to be localised to the sky sports channels on Sky go
Hi did get an answer to this? I'm having the exact same issue. Had help from Sky who exhausted all their options and could no longer help. So I'm paying for something I can't use. My laptop runs other apps such as YouTube and Netflix so it is definitely a sky issue but they have washed their hands of me.
OneDrive has a backup feature that includes content on your desktop, the "always keep on this computer" option is part of that but doesn't relate to this issue. What you see on the desktop is just the shortcut link to the main Sky Go app stored elsewhere on the computer.
The fact that the app is working for you now must be related to other factors like an update.
I hope that helps clarify.
Pleased for you, BazDon but, sadly, nothing doing for me!😬
That's unfortunate, I hope a solution comes through for you. It seems like an update is out there but not everyone is getting it.
Sky needs to at least announce the issue and a fix if it's ready.
