No. I want oview it when away from home.
It does not appear on the listing on my android phone app or win11 laptop app. Both are connected to the SkyQ box.
Thanks but I'm not sure where you managed to see an option to 'always keep on this computer' as I don't have that. Also my app is not running in compatibility mode. I have previously tried in all different compatibility modes and none worked. I reinstalled it today so it's a fresh and clean install, still doesn't work, just get the app crash same as before with all those events in the Windows event log.
@BazDon glad the ARM one is working. I have an AMD Ryzen processor and still have the same problem with the app window opening with a blank screen for a few seconds then closing (with crash reports in the Windows event log).
@Daniel-F You said in August that you'll report back with updates, haven't heard anything since... does that mean after more than 6 months they still don't know how to fix the problem?
I'm trying to watch Sky movies via Sky go and it keeps crashing with Error code 30 displayed. I've check my Sky system and no faults are being reported. I've done an Internet speed check and Download speed is 203Mbps and Upload speed is 213Mbps. How do I fix this issue?
Unfortunately, I can't test my AMD PC's Sky Go app right now because it is offline. However, when I get it back, I'll have a look. Hopefully, Sky are working on an update.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Yes, remove them all then you will need to login again as anyone else will also be logged out and they will not know your password that you will use to get logged back in.
So I recently upgraded to a new laptop, pretty high spec ASUS vicious S (AMD Ryzen AI 9, AMD 880 Graphics, 32GB Ram and 1TB SSD)
For some reason it is extremely slow to open, it also when opens, completely lags when you try and play something live, for example I was watching the darts last night and when you play the live stream it opens up, but if you hover on the screen and try and use the full screen button, or adjust volume, the overlay just freezes on the screen (that's if it comes up at all) if it does and you press the full screen button it might go full screen after 2 minutes, but the little overlay will stay up, and at the smaller screen size, so it covers up the picture.
had no problems with my smaller and lesser spec laptop, any advice? Also, one I load a stream, the only way to close it and do anything else is to force close the app and restart it again. The rest of the menu and interface is fine, only stops working when actually streaming a channel.

for the last 6 months my Sky go intermittently won't let me watch my sky on my phone or tablet, says external output display is blocked, not trying to screen mirror, infact turned the setting off on both devices, allowed all permissions! Starting to get annoyed now as I pay plenty of money and can't now watch it away from home!

Sorry, too confusing! Are you talking about Sky accounts? Or email accounts? Does this have anything to do with Sky+?

It sounds as though you need to sign in with her details if it is in your name.
