@kevpatts Seeing this thread with interest, as I am considering creating a vlan to put the skyq/mini boxes on and had the same question before I jumped in and attempted it.... Did you ever get the SkyGo app working as the wife uses it on her ipad, so if it wont/cant work, then I will need to re-think doing it ?. Thanks

With Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.

No it didn't download was just a part of a series that one episode would not play on ipad
No, I didn't get it working, I never got an answer to this question and I haven't had the time to do network packet traces, etc to try to diagnose the problem. The Sky Go apps works, just the virtual remote function doesn't.
Ahh, right ok, missed the point that it was jsut in relation to the remote. So if I may ask, as this will be the first time I have played with vlans in home setup, were there any challenges in getting the Sky q boxes and sky go app working ? Also, what are you running it over ?

Still no go therefore. Skygo on my Partner's almost identical Lenovo laptop has continued to work seemlessly, only difference was it was a Wins 11 machine, mine was Wins 10 at time of failure. Sky Agent said you need to upgrade to Wins 11, made no difference at all. He was pretty clueless and a waste of time phone call.
Hi how am I able to log someone out of my sky go, my ex partner has the details I have changed the password 3 times now, but because he isn't logging out he can still use it, is there away that I can kick him off??

Yes but because they are logged in there end it still works
Upon opening the Sky Go app yesterday, it initiated an update of itself, and once it had finished, it started working as normal. The issue seems to have been fixed.

The SKY GO app is not appearing in my app store, does anybody have similar problems? I just moved to London from the US, I'm wondering if that's the issue? There must be a workaround?
My phone has two eSIMs -- one American, one British.

That will be your issue as the app store needs to be set to the UK one somehow. Your esim has nothing to do with it.

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!
Cinema keeps cutting off with error 30. This has happened before. Anyone know how to fix it?
