Trying to use SkyGo but keep getting error code 1304
Have tried to follow previous advice on this forum and go to:

but keep getting this on the web page:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

Do you have a TV subscription from Sky ?
If so make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email

Hi folks, I'm really sorry as this is probably the millionth message about SkyGo issues. I promise I have looked at the other threads but I'm at my wits end as I can't seem to resolve my issue.
It's the same as what others have been reporting but I'll describe my situation.
I was running Catalina on my Macbook Pro and my SkyGo app was working fine. Then it stopped working - jus wouldn't open from the app any longer - bounced in the dock and then disappeared. I assumed this was due to Sky no longer supporting Catalina (that's what I read anyway). So I upgraded to Sequoia (fresh HD install as I wanted to clean up my HD anyway) and that was fine. Today I tried to install SkyGo again (downloaded the installer from Sky website) and the app loads fine but once again when I try to open it then it just bounces in the dock again and disappers - nothing opens.
Can someone please help as I have spent ages trying to sort this issue out.

TV asks for my log in to view programmes. Help I cannot egt logged in so cannot see ALL of my usage of many years. I am 86yrs and nned you to asist me asap. Thanks.
In ealier posts did I not read that mirroring only worked with a laptop. I understood Sky Go detects and blocks HDMI. I could be wrong

In the evening when watch the TV upstairs and downstairs the tvs keep losing its signal when on downstairs TV the channel is changed. Downstairs the TV is black for several seconds up to a minute. Then there is message in blue at the top of the screen saying problem with connection. Last night unable to watch recordings. I have unplugged everything TV sky box, mini box, booster box and Internet and left on for several minutes. I am 63 and my husband is 70 so we struggle with technology and would appreciate a telephone call

You can't delete ( or add) apps on Sky Stream.
