To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I'm having the same problem, I have no WiFi or sky tv as I'm waiting for cables to be put in. I start being billed on 14th yet I now have no sky go either so not sure what I'm paying for. I spoke with someone for over an hour yesterday who has escalated it but I've still heard nothing, she said she'll look into it again tomorrow when she's back in. It says I need to upgrade my subscription, but the woman found nothing wrong with my account or login. Now I have no tv, no WiFi, and no access to sky go, but I'm still being billed for it.

Thank you for sharing the link - I managed to add a security question and it started working. 

 

Too bad it's only 720p though sky being crafty there... might have to switch to Now TV as it's cheaper. 

Where is my 5 app?

I've got the "5" app on my main TV when I'm watching SKY.. It's one of the "tiles", like Netflix, Disney+ etc. 

But it isn't on my other TV! All the other apps are there, but not "5". 
can anyone help?

I get error code PFE 9012 when using SkyGo on my Macbook trying to watch football. SkyGo is a dreadful app based on my experience with it so far, so unreliable. Is there a helpline to call with technical problems like this?

how do I see how many divices are using sky go - My son wants to use it on a new phone and it says too many people are already useing sky go? where is the list of accounts and how many sky go accounts can i have for my £200 a month VIP account????

Sky Go and Sky Go Extra customers can stream on two devices at a time.
Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

I watch TNT Sports on my TV but it doesn't work on my SkyGo app - says I need to contact provider. How can I fix this - very annoying given I'm paying for it?

Are you paying Sky or Discovery/Bt/TNT for access to the TNT channels ?

thanks found it. Sky Q gets to register up to 6 devices but only 4 can stream at once - if there are two gameing consols like XBox only two of them can stream at once for some reason - beats me why so complicated.

I think someone in tech team is already dealing with this but just in case I don't hear back today. I've just joined sky but still waiting for broadband cables so I only have the sky go option on my laptop. Worked fine until Monday then stopped. Error message says to upgrade subscription code 1310. Can't view or download anything onto windows or on my phone, not even basic stuff like channel 4. I start being billed tomorrow and I have zero sky services which seems unfair. The lady I spoke with Tuesday night was lovely but had to escalate it after an hour. After today she's not back until Tuesday and I can't go all weekend with no services at all. Login and ID have been checked and are fine, sky side states I have an active subscription. I'm not a returning customer.

Hi, I believe so. No movies or sports but everything else plus Netflix. We were told we would have full sky go until then, and then it would switch to the subscription we're signed up to. But we were also told we would have WiFi by 28th Feb and now it's 4th April.

On final question, will you be a new customer or have you been with them in the past and have now returned ?
