When the race was on before say 4pm I used to be able to download my recording from skygo to my laptop. For later races the download option would be delayed which was maybe a quarter of the races. Last week I couldn't downlaod at all even though the race was recorded early morning. This week so far unable to download.
I can't even watch a recording on a laptop in my own house! And I pay multiroom!
This might be my last year paying Sky, i'd be better off using a VPN and paying F1 direct or going for a dodgy Firestick!
The really frustrting part is that we get zero communication about this, they keep taking my moey and I have no idea if I will be able to watch the race the same day after the event.
Horrific service.
Is this happening on Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

did you record it in UHD rather than HD on your Q box - if so this might be why you could not download it
If it was HD - did your SKY Q box show up as connected to be able to download
As of Thursday 20th March, Sky Go will not play live or recorded tv on my iPhone or iPad (both updated to latest IOS version) and just displays black loading page.
Same Blue screen with the large arrow of promise.....then nothing as it goes off !
Trying to view SkyGo from my laptop, windows 11 ....worked no problem for a year+ , then 2 days ago, I got error code 'blah blah bah'
Tried a few times, the same thing happened. So, uninstalled, reinstalled from Sky web page,,,,then the same thing...loading then the screen goes off.(4 times).
Really frustrated,
( I've read a few forum lnks, same problem, though no apparent answer).

I'm on sky stream now, but it was the same on Q. If I forgot to record on the box - id look for the race on catch-up when I came home from work and it still wasn't there.
I have stopped using SkyQ and have switched to Sky Glass now I cannot view any Sky on my IPad
When you changed were you given a new account number ?
I had the same issue with Sky Go unable to connect to the Sky Q box. I'd forgotten I'd got a VPN client connected. Disconnected the VPN and it connected first time.
Might be a solution for you!
We have the same issue on an Intel NUC rwith 11th gen Core i7 CPU running Windows 11. Works fine on an old Intel 7th Gen Core i7 based PC running Windows 10 so clearly not a hardware issue. What is Sky doing to fix this?
It's a sky glass TV. And there's a similar problem with paramount plus

Scrivo su questo forum in quanto sto riscontrando da diversi mesi un problema dal mio MacBook Air M3 versione Sequoia 15.3.2. Non riesco ad avviare l'app di Sky Go da quando ho acquistato il pc, ovvero circa due mesi fa.
Specifico che ho gia provato con alcuni passaggi elencati in altri topic del forum, ho provato anche installando Rosetta ma l'app non parte lo stesso, mi potreste dare qualche altra soluzione?

Why can I not sign in to the discover plus app. Apparently my email is registered but I can't get it to work. Frustrating.
