I believe the remote control only works on ios (apple product).

Wonder why the option is there on the android app if it dont work?
Does anyone form sky know this or can confirm this and what is the point in putting it in the android app if its for apple only?

When I am watching ITVX I keep getting buffering. I have tried everything to fix it and nothing is working
Paramount+ dropping
Twice tonight and four times last night my Patamount+ stopped working. The only way to restart was to power off and restart the Sky box.
Sky Apps won’t load
Every time I try to load Apps it says that I have no internet connection! I clearly DO have internet connection as my phone works and my laptop. Have disconnected everything and re booted, but it still won't work. What's going on SKY???!!!

No - the equipment can only be used at the registered address.
Ar a second address your options are use the Sky Go app or you will have to take out a full new second subscription for the second address.

Prices aren't fixed.
The contract stipulates Sky can ( and usually do) raise the prices once a year ( usually in April). Some customer who subscribe to new contracts from the price rise annoucement to when they kick in are typically put on a 60 day price protection which means they don't see the price increase until the 3rd month of their new contract

You say to go to Go, which I have done. There is nowhere to enter things like /Library/Group Containers so I clicked on server and entered each of them there. If the~ is used it says there is no such server. If it is not used all you get is a blank list?
What am I supposed to do with Go? Don't understand. It's driving me mad and taking up a lot of time.
Thanks for specific info on what to do in the Go drop down list.
