Spoke to soon, fell over at 73 minutes in and will not now play. Sky Sports Player browser (why is it separate) is blank. What a cockeyed way of doing things, still useless.

It sounds like sky are having some issues with it at the moment. Rest assured their IT team are probably rushing around frantically to fix the issue asap.

If you have Kaspersky antivirus, that has been known to block Cisco VideoGuard.

Sky Go merry go round
I couldn't find this posted anywhere. So apologies if I've missed something.
After the prompt to download the NEW Sky Go on my macbook it opens OK and let's me go and find and watch catch ups.
But If I click on anything to do with downloads it prompts me to download the NEW Sky Go again and I'm back where I started.
How do I break the cycle????

Do you use Kaspersky as your antivirus by any chance or have you checked that whatever you using isn't blocking either VideoGuard or the Sky Go apps you are using ?

In your My Sky app. On the home page, click the Sky VIP logo, then swipe through the categories and select the correct tickets section (eg Tickets to Cinema Screenings). Finally, select the My Bookings tab at the top and follow the instructions to view your tickets.
If you’re not receiving emails from Sky then please check your spam or junk folder in case the email went there. You may also want to add skysupport@weticketit.com and noreply-admin@weticketit.com to your address book or safe list to make sure that emails from Sky are accepted.

Poor Quality on Sky Go
is any one else having this issue.
Running IE11, I7, 16GB Ram, and an M2 SSD. so PC wise my system is more than capable for sky go. System has been updated to latest driver for both video and mobo.
I'm running a Fibre connection via BT running 76mb and a ping of 10-25, so network wise i'm running ok.
however despite having this setup and whilst watchin sky and pretty much any channel i get the attached
now i do get lucky and for a minute or two i'll have a perfect picture, however the sound is always 3-4 deconds behind the video. then it drops back to this garbage.
Any clues on how to help with this.

Sky Sports Player not working on my Apple Desktop since about 3.00pm today 10 March 2018. It was OK yesterday. I can sign in but when I click to start the stream all I get is a bllue screen. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it has had no effect. Have reinstalled the rotten Silverlight but it made no diiference. I am on the Virgin platform and their Virgin GO app is rubbish as well. I find it very frustrating that you have to ho round the houses to get any supprot or help. They should have a Chat Now facility so you can talk directly to someone. Not at all happy.

Sky Go App Not playing properly in fullscreen

I have an issue with Sky Go on my Macbook Pro.
Whenever I open the sky go app after being prompted, it plays okay and only buffers and staggers occasionally, but whenever I go to increase the size of the display window whether it be to full screen or even a small bit, it makes it unwatchable. It staggers, and buffers and makes watching the Golf (Specifically) a dull experience. I am starting to get fed up with watching in such a small window on my Mac
I never had this problem before when Sky Go was displayed in the small box at the top of the TV Guide...
It has only started happening since the Sky Go App came about, but I cant seem to find anybody else having this problem.
I have tried Multiple times to reinstall Silverlight.

Just this evening got the same issue. I was using an older version of the Sports App on my mac and watching the golf without issue. I was then asked in install an updated version of the app. I did so and now only get a blue screen so cannot see anything.
Any ideas? Cheers

Sky Go Parental Controls
I Needed to change my Sky Go pin which I understand is
- On SKY GO device, select [Settings > Parental Control]
However parental control is not listed in settings in Sky Go app when using my iphone or ipad however it is listed on Samsung Galaxy Sky Go app. Any ideas please?

I am trying to watch marvel agents of shield s02e09 via sky go on android. It is on demand and available via the sky box but not the sky go app.

So what program is bringing up the "You will need to be a sky TV customer with the relevant subscription" message, if it is this one then you will have to contact Sky support as it is working Ok for me so it could be an issue on your account that they will need to look into for you.
