Are you on BT broadband?

I suspect this is a firewall issue on BT hub, but I have no idea how to fix it

I don’t use a BT Hub, plus someone on Sky has the issue

My OS is 10.0.16299.5101 and I'm on Virginmedia broadband I'm experiencing the same issue

Does anyone body know how I can watch the fight on my ps4 have already purchased through my sky account

I've been having problem aswell done a full factory reset on console and still the same hopefully this is up and running soon

Hi I am having the same issues but mine was when installing the app today.

Update on the situation so far:

This is not just restricted to the beta dashboard
Multiple ISPs have the same issue thus multiple routers are affected
Sky have made no changes (Easter would be a bad time to do so)
Not all people are affected

I'vedone the above but still have to reinstall cisco every time I want to watch sky the moment I turn my pc off wont work I have to reinstall cisco then run sky my next job after Easter break will be to talk to cisco tech see what they say

does skyQ on tablet count towards my sky go devices

I'm having the same issue. Seems to freeze every 5 seconds for half a second.

This is the case for both live tv and catch up / Downloads.

It worked fine on IE.

Are sky looking at this?

It does not count towards your Sky Go devices limit.

Sky go not launching on Xbox one. Have attempted to restart console, uninstall app etc
