Strangely screenshots of the player saying I need to open/download etc are just blank and black. This is the best I can do. The new Sky Sports Player and Sky Go which goes blank whit after signing in.

Okay just have to wait for a nice Oracle or Community Manager to clear the images so I can see them
I have downloaded the sky go app in order to watch the f1 race when I'm not at home. However the race is only available to download to my sky box whereas qualifying etc I can watch on my phone wherever I am. What's the point of this app if I can only download this to my box!
What happens when you select to remember choice and then open link? Do you actually have the Sky Sports player installed? It is a seperate app from Sky Go.
I have no idea what the last picture is of. What the heck is Sky Go desktop?

not sure if this is the sulotion for everyone, but it has helped me. What was unwatchable has now worked ok for the past few hours. Have managed to watch two full programs with no stutters or complaints, long my it last.
How I managed it... in this months computer active magazine, issues no. 525 out April 11-24th
there's an artical Regain lost PC Speed... this is on page 35. It involves downloading a program called Process Lasso. I followed this workshop as listed in the mag, set Sky go to high priority, also set CiscoVideoGuard to high priority and hay presto Sky Go new App seems to be working fine.
Let me know if it works for you and if anyone knows how it works... I would be grateful.

I don't ever get an option to remember a choice or open a link. What you see is what I get.
Yes I have Sky Sports Player installed and I'm aware it's a separate app from Sky Go. The last picture is how the screens displays as soon as I hit go on the log in screen. That is the log in screen for Sky Go on my PC.
It's there on your second screenshot. The launch application box.

Oh that. Sorry when I do that it simply spins out and we go around again telling me to download Sky Player. Sky Player is installed with a launch short cut on the desktop.

we are currently on holiday in Spain and the sky go worked as usual for 3 days and then it forced us to download the new sky go app which I did and now I am getting the same error message. As well it says underneath that I should check the network connection (the laptop is definitely connected to the internet), so this is not the problem. After a little while the error switches to "Connecting you application - We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (002)" The kids are a bit distraught as they can't watch their beloved programmes. (and try to explain this to a girl with Down Syndrome) Sky customer support needs to sort this out. This must have something to do with the download. I cannot see the app as well in the Finder window like all the other apps installed on the mac and therefore struggle to delete or uninstall sky go and re-install it. SKY PLEASE HELP

same problem on my macbook pro. worked fine (on holiday) after 3 days was forced to install new app and now it doesn't open anymore. my problem is that i cannot even uninstall skygo on the finder as it doesn't show up in there. any ideas appreciated

NO! I get a screen come up with a message "Please sign in again on the web site".......... Error code: 200.
So I go and sign back in to then get a message after the EPG loads on the web page that :

I can't/won't use IE. My default browser is Firefox so it trys to load on that automatically.
