Hi
I am having trouble running the Sky Go App on a Dell Laptop with Windows 10.
App is installed, but when I try to open it it goes through the checking for & downloading updates then closes.
I have gone through the uninstall, deleted the cisco and roaming folders, re-installed and still having the same problem.
I also have the Sky Cinema and Sky Sports Apps which work perfectly.
Any ideas?

I can't remember what tier is required but you may be able to claim Sky Go extra as a reward via the VIP rewards in the My Sky app or phoning Sky and asking for it if you don't have access to a compatible device for the app.
Meaning that sky has the rights to enable users to download the episode to their sky boxes but not their laptops?

Hi there I have been watching Game of thrones on sky go and am up to season 4
Last night it would not load and now i am unable to get any episodes other that season 8

Game of Thrones expired on 31st of May and was removed, it could well be back later in the year as that is what has happened in the previous years. In the meantime you can pay to watch them via Amazon.
Iv been trying for months to add my daughters iPad to my device list.
Iv watched programmes through sky go but when I go onto sky store player it won’t allow me to watch or download any of the mo ies we have purchased.
It says in mamnge my devices that that I have a slot available but after trying again today its
still not doing it.
Wanted to download all jwr movies as we as we go away at the end of the month and don’t now how reliable the WiFi will be where we are staying

Launch Sky Go. Seems to load with Sky logo and message 'Checking for updates....'
Closes down and I get a message 'Sky Go quit unexpectedly' with option to Ignore, Report or Reopen.
I have gone through steps here a few times

Does anyone know if there is any other troubleshooting method, something I havent tried?

I dont have an answer but I do have the same problem. Using bluetooth headphones on an iMac. They work fine but dont work on SkyGo. No sound at all.
Any thoughts? This should be pretty basic stuff
Hi, having some trouble watching Riviera on my Sky Go app for some reason but this appears to be the only show with the issue!
I tried it on my android phone, whenever I click an episode it says 'to enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription' - however I have the original bundle (very old package), the channel works on my TV and on the Sky Go app it works with other shows like GOT and Chernobyl that are also played on Sky Atlantic.
I've since tried it on my partners Iphone, and seems to be the same problem. I've tried signing out and uninstalling the app, just wondered if anyone had any other ideas?
Edit to add: on my sky go app they are all showing in HD, but I don't have HD on the account, not sure if this could be the problem? do they have the SD versions on the app at all?
Confused. I can see and view Sky Atlantic catch up on my Sky HD+ box, my account says I have Sky Go Extra but if I try to watch on Sky Go on iPad or iPhone it says I need to upgrade.
What am I doing wrong?
Hi, I started to watch Game of Thrones from the beginning recently on Sky Go and got to season3 episode 5/6 but can no longer find Game of Thrones (apart from season 8) on Sky Go. Please advise.
Game of Thrones Boxsets expired on 31st May and have been removed. If it follows the same patten as per previous years they should return later in the year. At present they are available via Amazon on a pay per view basis.
If what you are trying to watch is in Sky Boxsets you will see an upgrade message unless you have Sky Boxsets to your package.
