Why am I unable to watch anything on Sky Go whilst in Greece? All the chsnnels I've tried, I've been unsuccessful.
I would just take the advise from Sky and sign in using the primary ID. You can't buy anything on the app or change any subscriptions so no need to worry.

That error code means you have yet to accept the terms and conditons, so try signing out to see if they appear and if they don't try accesing Sky Go on a different device to see if they then appear.
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but I have been unable to find it.
I am trying to watch Sky Go on my Samsung A5 phone. It tells me that 3g/4g networks are disabled and my only options are to enable it or close the app. I don't want to use my data allowance to watch so I'm reluctant to enable the networks.
If I enable them will Sky Go always use my data allowance or can I force it to use WiFi when available?

If you go to Settings > Nework Prefernces and untick "Allow Streaming over 3G/4G" then the app will not be able to access your data and will only use a Wifi connection when it is available.
Thanks for your quick reply. The problem I have is that when I untick the enable 3G/4G box I am then unable to watch anything, I get the message that 3G/4G network is disabled. I'm wondering if the app will default to WiFi if it is available but I have no way of knowing for sure.

I cant seem to watch films from my sky store on my kindle fire 7th gen. Skystore just keeps swirling and not loading
How do you watch season 7 on sky as I only seem to get season 1-8 and missing season 7 ??
I can only find it on sky store but have to pay £14.99 for it .

I have a full sky sports package however when I log in to sky go It says I need to upgrade in order to view sports content. Why is this happening?
If you are logged in with your main Sky ID then only Sky customer support can tell you what the issue is once they access your account and they can only do that once you contact them about it.

Game of Thrones expired on 31st May so for now they are available via the Sky Store or via Amazon.
Have you tried a reboot of your Kindle ?
It should default to Wifi if that box is unticked - mine does.

Hello from a very much non techy. I would appreciate some advice please.
I have Sky go on my Samsung Galaxy tab tablet.
Trying to download the Chernobyl series will not allow me. The first series is stuck on 'Queued ' and that's it. I've done a soft reset but no joy. This is the first time I have tried to download something so I guess its me.

Same advice as per my post above, leave it for 12 hours and if you are still having issues you will have to contact Sky support so that they can look into it for you,

Have you tried cancelling the download (if you are able to) and then rebooting your tablet before trying again ?
