Skygo picture issues
I've posted about this before as have others. I'm running sky go on windows 10 computer with a very reliable fibre connection. The picture quality in the app is awful. It will be perfect then goes blurry every couple of minutes it's so frustrating that this issue has been going on for as long as I can remember and still no solution.

I am having issues added a device onto my Mac as i have had a friends Sky Go previously set up onto the Mac and now it only allows me to go to their account and set up on their account can anyone help me with this??

Hi,
I have Netflix with my sky q package but I can't get it to work in my tablet, it keeps saying e mail address not recognised. I don't want to set up new account as I will have to pay for that. Any advice please.

Upgraded to sky sports but still won’t let me watch it on sky go?
I was wondering if anyone knew why it won’t let me watch sky sports on sky go after I’ve upgraded I want to watch the match at 4 I upgraded about an hour ago still won’t let me watch?

Same issue as well. Really poor picture. Have no issues with the BT Sports app. Sky Customer services don't seem that interested to help. Think it's time to cancel.

The first 10 episodes are currently in catch up. Episode 11 airs next week so will be available in catch up after that.
They are available from another channel but they are part of box sets via that channel so will give an error.

I thought they had left the EU, looks like your IP Address might not be listing as in greece at skys end, you might need to either try changing your IP Address or contacting sky
try a website like https://www.iplocation.net/ to see where it thinks your IP Address is

I am unable to watch live sport on IPhone and PS4 when connected thru WiFi. ‘Unknown error occurred ‘ message is displayed. The app works fine when connected thru mobile data.

Close the app and delete the Sky Go folder in Finder/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/ Delete Sky Go folder. Then start up the app again and it should ask you to login again.

If you search for them in the app and select the On this week tab you'll see there are 2 airing tomorrow, 2 on Tuesday etc so should be available to view a few hours later. I don't watch much of their content but I guess it shouldn't be too long after that they are uploaded.
If you go into catch up> UKTV Play> Channels> Drama and scroll down a bit, you'll see episodes 9 and 10 as available. If you check tomorrow afternoon/evening you should see newer episodes listed.
