Error Code SPS3
Hi, trying to use the sky go app, but when trying to access live TV, or boxsets or catch up it shows error code SPS3. Can someone shed light on the reason please.

All sorted. Switched off and rebooted my talk talk WiFi, thought there might be a glitch like with BT. It worked.

How are they connected to the internet? I find one of my boxes with a wireless connector randomly can't be seen by the Sky+ app and I have to reboot the wireless connector. If your boxes both have wifi then maybe try a network reset.

exacty the same thing is happening to me and sky guy just told me to wait for hours them it may be solved. I have a contract of both Sky Sports and Sky Cinema.
Any solutions anyone? its so frastrationg to pay the bill while I cant watch it.

Why didn't you wipe the phone? What other information of yours did you give to the buyer? You would be best to get the phone back and wipe it out.

yes I do
Before you can use Sky Go abroad, you need to have used it to watch something within the previous 30 days (I think) and if not, you can't really use Sky Go abroad. And I think abroad means the EU.

Unfortunately not as the screen was completely gone, I’ve managed to log out of every app except that one, I don’t see the point in the manage device option if it doesn’t actually let you?

i tried it with my own device too, I removed using the link you sent and went onto my app it let me straight on without logging back in or anything

I had a contract of sky sports and I’ve been enjoying sky cinema on my iPhone and iPad but TV because I didn’t have sky cinema contract then. About 2 weeks ago I became unable to watch movies on iPhone and iPad suddenly. So I visited sky shop to ask why it happened. Then we found that I need to add cinema contract to view movies on tv, iPhone and iPod. So I joined sky cinema this noon. Then I found that I can watch movies on tv at home!
but... I still can’t watch movies on my iPhone and iPad. It says “sorry something went wrong, to watch this content please upgrade subscription”
I don’t know what to do.
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve signed out and signed in. Nothing went right.

Are you trying to watch the movies live, stream the film or download them to the app as to download you need Sky Go Extra.

I suddenly have subtitles on sky go and have no idea how to turn them off, have looked in settings and there is no option for subtitles, can anyone help?
