Try deleting the app and then installing it again, if this doesn't work and you are trying to watch live sports see if the Sky Sports app will work for you.

When the phone had an update on the iPhone it has been ok 13.7 update I think but no good to android users. I did find a sky chat and spoke with them but until the update it wouldn't work. Just keep complaining is all I can recommend. Any android phone users do you have any advise ?

I have just signed up to sky it prompted me to download sky go to use until my installation. After downloading the app it asked me to link my account using my sky account number. I haven't been sent an account number. How do I access sky go?

Me too, can't believe this is still not resolved. This app has always been poor compared to the likes of BBC iPlayer ect, and now not even usable. Have just been on holiday and this worked via HDMI on an old Samsung TV but back home on two LG's one old one new, AirPlay or HDMI, it shows the grey screen. Come on Sky, at least tell us this is being looked at.

I'm not sure what you mean you have "upgraded your account" but If you have got a new account with Sky you would need to set up a new ID to access it if your old account is now closed:

Then delete the app, install it again and login to the app with the new ID you have just created.

I dont think that it is the network provider who has the issue, it seems like it is an issue with the Sky Sports Mobile TV app, I am on EE and experiencing the exact same issue I launch the sky sports mobile TV app it and it logs me in. But then When I go and click on watching a Skys Sports Channel I get presented with 4 options 2 options which relate to buying or restoring a subscription a third option which is for vodafone customers and a final option to cancel and return to the channel listing. The error message with a subscriptions error which reads, there was a problem getting your subscriptions please try again later.

Hi I have downloaded tv from sky on my PlayStation but the picture is very juddery.
The picture freezes sometimes and then is juddery so is unwatchable. Looking online it mentions something so it being 60hz and it should be 50hz whatever that means. Anyway is there anyway of stopping the picture being juddery? It doesn't look like there is online. Thanks for your time.

Missing CNN on Sky Go
Did Sky ever explain why CNN and so many news channels are missing from Sky Go? I was about to switch completely from Virgin to Sky but enjoy watching the news on my laptop.
