Hi why my Sky Go doesn't steam in HD

Hi,

I had the invite but I'm unsure how to install it. I clicked the link in the email and it says " Unable to accept the invitation as I've already accepted it" any help would be great.

yup, same problem. Not compatible with tvOS and after a few tries it said 'invalid code'.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The answer is in the post above yours as this still applies.

Was it the apps team you emailed about this via this address - apps@sky.uk

I am also getting the not compatible with tvOS error.

It's a shame - was really looking forward to testing.
At least it's not just an issue at my end. I'll try agian this evening.

Hi Chloe I've revived the invite to download the Apple tvos sky to and when I try and install it says this? Enrolled beta email is brettsalway on iCloud Apple email

Thanks - same here. Working now. they must've sent th eemail before they were quite ready.

lol - but now won't accept my sky login details! ho hum...

Try the email address and password. The sky userID doesn't work. Email address and my normal pw worked.

That's what I'm trying... my email and password.
Can log in fine on iOS app, but not tvOS... 'something went wrong' message.
Tried resetting password etc, but no luck.

It's available now but saying I have to have multi room to use the app.

Hi , you've posted in the Sky Go Mobile Beta thread but you've mentioned Apple TV, which trial have you signed up to?

Did you get an email today from test flight with version 22.6?

I have been trying since Friday 06 May to get my issue resolved. I submitted the form with my info but the chat function has not worked since the weekend. If I can't get my messages through, how are we going to resolve this issue?
