You need to install the Sky Go app on your computer to be able to watch live sport.

I managed to install the app but when trying to sign in with my full Sky email address (or a secondary account), I get "Something went wrong. Please try again." - these work fine on other platforms.
I've replied to the original email from Sky and the contact on the Testflight page - will see what happens next!

I am now back to where my laptop is. I've tested the sky go player and the problem still exists. I start watching a program then within a few minutes the picture goes darker and I have no control using the curser etc?

I was logged out of discovery + and now app is stuck with “upgrade” page
Can my discovery + app on my Sky q box be reset? I tried to watch it, had been signed out for some reason, logged in with wrong email by mistake and now the app is stuck on an upgrade pass page. I can’t click it or back out of it and the discovery + homepage won’t show at all. There is nothing I can do to get rid of the upgrade page. I can’t get past it or around it. I am able to log into discovery + account online. It just seems to be an app problem.

We're unable to watch recordings on Sky q and get an error code on Sky go with recordings and some not all channels for live TV error code 50-9.410. Help I have rebooted the internet router, removed the sky Ho app and reinstalled, I even managed the recordings to limit the disc space!

I download the SkyGo app for Apple TV today, as part of the TestFlight beta and every time I try to sign in I immediately get this error:
I've logged in already on my MacBook and iPhone but there's no prompt to accept the T&Cs. I've even signed out and back in but get the same error.
I've searched and it seems a common issue with Xbox and PlayStation consoles, I wondered if anyone knows of a fix at all?

Mine on the laptop stopped working in the last 2 weeks. I've tried all of the above and still doesn't connect. 2 days ago it randomly did connect, but now it won't!

Hi there, I am also having the same issue, I can enter any competition but then when I try to enter a ballot in the out and about experience section it asked me to confirm my details but then says I'm already registered!!

SkyGo now up any running on my AppleTV. First impressions are very good. The app is very quick and responsive compared to earlier versions I have experienced on an old Xbox console. Still no access to BBC live channels but hopefully that may change at some point in the distant future.
