Sky Go App on MacBook Air no longer works. Attempting to Launch brings up error message -
A JavaScript error occurred in the main process
Looks like it may be related to recent version change to Macos Monterey 12.4.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Following the link from the email offering the 3 months free subscription, it leads me to a page that asks me to create a new apple Id. When I do this, it sends an email with an authorisation code. When I enter the code it tells me the code is invalid.
I've tried this a number of times, allowing days to pass between attempts, in case I'm out of sync, but still no luck. Any thoughts???

Cinema tickets.
Hi, I have tickets to the cinema on Friday, but I now can't go. If my husband went in my place, although he's not the named ticket holder, is that allowed? He could take my ID with him.

Discovery plus app on skyq
Want to watch the new episode of Jack Osbourne night of terror Bigfoot on discovery plus on skyq, but only extras on it, episode available on discovery plus website, android tablet and smartphone, have logged out and restarted skyq box, still no new episode

One thing to check in the app via settings that the connection to a Sky Q box is turned off.
If it is the only possible fix is to completely remove the app and the hidden files and folders it uses, this will mean the downloads will be deleted as well so you might not be able to download them again.
Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Sky go error PFE 9010
Hi,
I work away from home a lot and always seem to have issues with Sky Go latest one is this
I still have over 3 week to the expire date but now cannot watch anything I've downloaded to Sky Go.
Anyone able to tell me what the issue here is? I'm no at the point of stopping using Sky Go because its so unreliable when travelling.
I'm using a Windows laptop running Windows 10

i am using sky go on xbox series x , I cant watch eurosport 2. it keeps giving me an error code 18 message also a few other channels works fine on other devices..
