Hi
I have had Sky Q for years and the Sky Q box has always connected to the Sky Go app so I can view my recordings on my iPhone.
I deleted the app on the iPhone and reinstalled today and now there isnt even a Recordings tab anymore.
Version 22.6.1
Any help would be appreciated.

I can't see from your image but is your device on the same Wi-Fi network that your Q box is ?
Paramount + will not load. Having spent ages on the phone with sky customer services who talked me through the installation process. I can click on the app and get the full paramount + menu click on a program which says watch now, click again and nothing just a blank screen how come Disney, Netflix and Amazon prime down loaded and worked perfect first time but Paramount + will not work on Sky Q with an LG Oled tv? I keep trying each day to load paramount but to no avail. I've tried switching on and off again all the usual stuff. Are sky sorting in the background, what's the solution?
I am clearly wasting my time... But I can't let this drop.

I'm getting this issue at work, and none of the fixes are working...
I've signed in and out, turned WiFi & Bluetooth on/off, deleted & reinstalled app, location is allowed, etc.
Any ideas?

I am an Irish Sky customer. I am blocked from signing in to Sky Go in Spain. I have just arrived in Spain.

The iphone is connected to the same broadband wifi that the boxes are.
Is there another setting that I am missing with regards the wifi?

There is a setting on the Sky Go app itself, it can be found via the settings button which is the nut like icon at the top left.
When you say you are blocked what is happening ?
I'm experiencing issue while trying to start up my Sky Go App on my laptop.
Every time i open the app it says Checking for updates however this then dissapears and then the app crashes and nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but this did not work and i experience the same issue.
Can anyone assist please?

Update - We spoke to Brett27 about Sky Go on Games console. They are unable to access this as with Glass you need both Sky Go Extra and the Wholehome Subscription to access Sky Go on Consoles 🙂
Did you do a complete uninstall of the app and the hidden files it uses as just removing the app doesn't remove these files, if not try this:
Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

I am trying to ace's my sky q box from my ipad. I have the latest version of the app, watched part of a program but I can kt access my recordings. How can I do this please. I'm away and I was advised by a sky advisor that there would be no issue when I called to check it out. In addition I have tried to view recordings on my phone but that option is not there, its an android device, dose IOS & Android work differently. Thanks
