Re: Sky Go Application on Windows 10 PC
Using a Windows 10 laptop, since June 2024 or there-abouts, I'm getting the same error message however I notice that the installer (and I've re-tried many times), keeps installing version 24.1.3.0 and not the latest version 24.1.3.2.
Called Sky who said the latest version (24.1.3.2.) should, be installing. They put me on-hold whilst checking for other reported incidents however, I was then transferred to another team who weren’t technical and were unable to help further. Will have to call back when I can.
Very frustrating though.
Re: how do i fix the ERROR code :1410
Are you in the UK and are a Sky Sports subscriber ?
Re: Logging into sky go
Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.
If that doesn't work then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

Re: Sky Go Application on Windows 10 PC
Have you tried installing the app from the website here:
Unable to watch sky sports on sky go
I have recently received sky stream with sky sports. All working well on TV. On sky go I have all available channels working except sports. It says I need to upgrade package, sky sports streams fine on TV.
Sky Go crashing instantly on version 24.1.3.0 PC
I have the Sky Go app installed on a Windows 10 PC and whenever I open it, the app is completely black for a few seconds before crashing. All of my drivers are up to date and this issue has been persisting for a while. I have tried uninstalling and installing, restarting my computer, allowing SkyGo throught firewall, manually removing files in appdata, running in compatibility mode etc. but none of it has done anything. From what I have read, I believe there is a newer version than 24.1.3.0 but whenever I download the latest installer, it installs version 24.1.3.0 which crashes instantly when launched.
"we're having problems connecting your application, please try again (001)".
I had this error message for 4 months now "we're having problems connecting your application, please try again (001)". Yet they us no fix and your still charging
Re: Sky Go crashing instantly on version 24.1.3.0 PC
The latest version as you can see here under Desktop is 24.1.3.2 although you might need to download it directly from the website if you can't get it to install via settings in the Sky Go app itself.
It can be installed from here:
Re: Unable to watch sky sports on sky go
What device is Sky Go installed on ?
Re: Sky Go crashing instantly on version 24.1.3.0 PC
Well, that would be helpful if I could actually get the app to open, as stated in my post, it instantly crashes as soon as I open it. The installer you linked installs version 24.1.3.0.
Re: "we're having problems connecting your application, please try again (001)".
Are you using a VPN because if so it will need disabling, if you are not then make sure that Sky Go is let through any firewall you use.
Re: Unable to watch sky sports on sky go
It is installed on laptop, i have also tried on my iphone with skygo app. neither allow me to stream sports
Re: "we're having problems connecting your application, please try again (001)".
Done all recommended fixes and still not working
Re: "we're having problems connecting your application, please try again (001)".
If you disabled your VPN then I would try rebooting your PC.
Re: Unable to watch sky sports on sky go
We can arrange some help via Sky messaging team if you want but that will not be until tomorrow morning at the earliest so let us know if you would like this or you can phone Sky.
I have the same problem with my MacBook Air
I am trying to use Sky Sports on my MacBook Air but I am getting the error message PFE 9303. My misery is compounded by my being in hospital awaiting heart surgery.
Re: I have the same problem with my MacBook Air
Do you have a VPN installed because If so it will need disabling before Sky Go will work.
Any chance of fast forward/rewind/pause coming to Sky Go on computers?
It's certainly possible technically... so is there any chance those features will come to PC/Mac soon, for live programmes, or will Sky Go remain comparitively crippled? We're been used to these fuctions on Sky for a couple of decades, and personally I feel they're almost essential.
Also, what's the status on a native Apple silicon Mac app? Thanks guys! 🙂
